I usually refrain from giving negative feedback, but in this case, I am compelled to do so. I returned my original order on the 30th of July and, despite multiple emails and reaching out through social media, I have yet to receive any communication about the status or shipment of a replacement order. The absence of communication is highly disappointing.

I provided negative feedback yesterday, and within the last 24 hours, my concerns have been addressed with a very satisfactory outcome. The delay in communication was primarily due to mitigating factors, which have now been resolved.

I returned an item over 2 weeks ago to change the size. I've followed up numerous times since then via email and I've gotten no response.

I ordered one cropped sweatshirt and one quarter-zip. Both are of a high-quality and well-designed. Each has a modern fit. They are comfortable to wear. I would definitely purchase here again.
