Staff has been very friendly and accommodating. Plus, I like the security of having to enter a code to access the premises.

The facility is extremely clean and the staff is friendly. My problem is that I rented 2 storage units within days of each other and when we tried to sync the due dates for the payments, it didn't allow for the 1st 2 months's discount. Frustrating.

I really appreciate how easy they are to work with ! Easy and simple to get a unit, and the office is always open with friendly staff

I am so pleased with my choice in picking Purely Storage. Dannell is super professional and courteous. The place is always immaculate and smells so good. Also during this stressful time, I really appreciate what they did for their customers..I intend to recommend them to all my friends that seek storage places.

I rented several storages in different states. For example in North Carolina here in Beaumont and vidor tx but purely storage help me on a way that I know I will recommend it to anyone. BY coincidence I met on a job site a owner of a different storage place and he offer me to move to his storage in other words he told me a give u a better price. My response to him was Thank you but no because I am so please with purely storage staff and location

I rate 4 stars because of the difficulty accessing the storage unit. The distance between the building and the fence makes backing into the driveway hard to manage. I do not know what could or can be done to correct this condition because its root cause is property line limits and building layout.

The young lady that signed me up was friendly, polite,courteous, and professional.

I give inly 3 stars because of the mice infestation alot of my boxes and other belongi gs have been ruined

Everyone at the front desk was so helpful, both in person (before the virus lock-down; I don't know what their in-person policy is now) and over the phone as well as via email. Sign-up for space rental was quick and efficient. I particularly appreciate the gate hours, which are more generous than those of all other storage facilities I've used. A great experience so far!

Purely Storage does a great job of providing secure storage and the opportunity to get to our vehicle whenever we need. Their rates are very reasonable also.

Great friendly service. Theresa is the best!
