Always pleasant and helpful. Storage units clean and safe.

Unfortunately, what I assumed was going to be a positive experience in dealing with your business turned out to be very negative.
I had talked in person to your manager, Vanessa, several times about renting a unit. Each time, I brought up the fact that I wanted to rent a unit that was having a 50% off discount for the first month. When I finally consummated the transaction and signed the paperwork, I expected to get the Sale Price. My receipt was emailed to my cell phone, but because the fine print is so minuscule I did not review it.
It was not until I got my credit card statement three weeks later did I notice that I was charged the full amount.
I promptly went back to see her and tell her the problem. She actually had the nerve to say that she didn’t really remember that Discount part of our several conversations and that there was nothing she could do about it.
Needless to say, I am very unhappy with these events and would appreciate talking to an employee with some responsibility so we can resolve this.
I am desiring some return communication from your company. Please do not disappoint me a second time.

I only have one issue.... Waiting for the gate to close. Put the timer shorter, I sit in the hot sun for it seems like 3 mins and when I go to my unit I'm usually in a little bit of a rush. Thank you for your time. Angela
