Customer service is good but it shouldn't take over two weeks for items to be delivered. Also a little on the expensive side to be honest.

Great customer service

I was slightly hesitant to order with this site as I hadn’t heard of it before, but I’m so glad I did! My order took a couple of weeks to arrive, but I was contacted by Jeromine to inform me about the delay. She really goes above and beyond for customers. Order arrived very well packaged. I’d definitely order again.

Thank you for your review Tracy. I am very surprised with the 2 stars after the time I spent with you on the chat regarding your questions on products. I also had to update and partially refund your order because finally you had changed your mind.
Regarding delivery times and prices, they are clearly indicated on the site as well as in your order confirmation email.

Thank you for giving your feedback which is the first negative I have; I find it really unfair.

Great customer service

Was looking for a very specific product that I didn’t think was being made anymore and found it here. Great customer service, ordered the wrong type after all and was able to get it changed, very helpful and kind. Would use again.

I understand your frustration about the delivery time; however there is no delay with your order; our shipping policy is clear about delivery timeline and we have also stated on the order confirmation email when you can expect to be delivered.
Anyway, honest feedbacks always help to improve our services so thanks again.

Parcel took a little more time to get here than I thought but not docking marks for that because it's probably down to Covid and out of your control. Package got here in good condition and really appreciated the little hand written note that was attached to the invoice. A nice little touch. 😊
