Attended the Barnsley branch and was treated over a number of weeks by Lewis.
I cannot fault the treatment at all, Lewis was professional and extremely helpful in understanding my issues and treated me accordingly.
He’s got me back to health really quickly.

This company must be making maximum profits for minimum physio .
10 min appointnents where actual physio is not provided? Do you think that your patients are really that easily fooled that they do not know when physio is actually occuring?
Another one of those dodgy companys that are not what they try to appear to be . Patients deserve actual genuine medical care and priority in a decent clean environment which is not what patients are being provided in my opinion from this appauling situation. What do you call a company that gets paid by a medical insurance company for a suffering patient , for appointments which are 10 mins long and involve a lack of genuine physio but
cost approx £50 a session?? And if anything the medical issue escalated and causes the patient further injury ? Not only do i personally believe this is medical and climical negligence , i also believe there are words for this kind of activity in the UK. I would also hazzard a guess that some reviews on "google" for this branch are also as ingenuine as i personally believe this company to be .

I've been seeing my physio (Harsha Gadre) for a year and she's been outstanding. She's really friendly, professional and has made a huge difference in reducing my lower back pain. I'm truly grateful for her expertise and care.

I had a great experience with my physiotherapy sessions. Mr.Kane Humphrey from Hoyland Clinic was professional, supportive, and really helped me recover faster than I expected. I highly recommend them to anyone needing physical rehab!

Following my first appointment dated 27-03-25 I was given price of £45 for 45 mins. After the session the masseur told me that the charges would be £45 for 30 minutes without giving me any explanation of this sudden change.
When I went there for the next appointment I was surprised to note the time was reduced from 45 minutes to 30 minutes but charges were £45. He was not spending 30 minutes but hardly 15 minutes, he was cheating and time wasting.I was very disappointed.
He was not doing his job right. Instead of massaging he was showing me some exercises. I carried on with them for a few more sessions but finally decided to look for alternative physio/massage online and was very pleased to find another local practice on Trent Boulevard NG2 called Adjust Physio.
Their charges are the same:£45 for 45 minutes. Masseur Adrian,is beginning the treatment on time and finishes a few minutes later than even 45 minutes. He does his job professionally without wasting any second, no cheating. Since discovering this practice called Adjust, I introduced my wife to them and she is also delighted with their service of high standard and fully professional personnel, worthwhile every penny we spend there.
Would strongly recommend them.

I attended after a shoulder injury from a car accident. My first visit with Umama at Bolton was great, she put me at ease and made the whole experience so stress free. A few weeks later and I've now been discharged - would highly recommend (and return if ever needed).

I was referred by my GP and after a lengthy telephone consultation was booked in for a face to face physiotherapy appointment with them. But they subsequently cancelled this appointment and instead of rearranging another appointment told me to go back to my GP. I finally got a 2nd face to face appointment booked in after a LOT of confusion re their booking systems only to turn up today and find my appointment has been cancelled Without telling me! My GP says they have no access to purephysios booking system so it’s Purephysios fault. I rang pure physio to ask why a second appointment was cancelled without informing me and they did not seem at all bothered but blamed my GP Still they didn’t reschedule my appointment! After threatening a formal complaint they agreed (very reluctantly) to look into it and concluded it’s my GPs error. My GP has now arranged a 3rd appointment with them but it’s only a ‘1st contact’ TELEPHONE appt as apparently no face to face appointments are available (?) - not sure how much physio can be achieved over the phone. Terrible unprofessional service - AVOID this company if you can!

Went to see Lewis in Barnsley after a car accident . Could barely move my shoulder when I first arrived and after 8 sessions it’s back to pretty much normal thanks so much for your help and advice !

I have recently been visiting the Pure Physiotherapy at Bedford for a shoulder problem.
I was allocated Charmi Sheth who made a thorough assessment of my injury and then started work.
Charmi took no time finding the areas where I needed treatment. Yes it was quite painful but as they say “No gain without pain” I was given exercises which were very helpful and I am now well on the road to recovery.
Charmi was brilliant and we had a laugh along the way.
I would highly recommend Pure Physiotherapy to anyone.

I have recently had an operation. I spoke to Morwenna today on reception who I found completely lacked empathy and tact. Due to my job I work on a week by week rota which can change sporadically. Due to my shift changing twice within 24 hours notice over the last few months Morwenna discharged me even though I've just had an operation and explained my situation with regards to my shift pattern which cannot be helped. Very rude staff with little to no empathy. My physio therapist left half way through my sessions and I had to start all over again with a new one. I will pay to go somewhere else.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Pure Physiotherapy Nottingham - Musters Road Clinic. While I initially attended a session for my knee condition and scheduled a follow-up, I faced significant issues when trying to reschedule.
Despite multiple attempts to call the clinic 24 hours before my appointment, my calls went unanswered. When I finally reached them, I was informed that my missed appointment would be considered a "no-show," and they would require me to rebook, despite their failure to respond to my earlier calls. This situation is particularly frustrating as I have a limited number of physiotherapy sessions covered by my insurance, and I do not want to lose one due to their administrative shortcomings.
Overall, this experience has left me feeling disappointed with the professionalism of the clinic. I would recommend looking elsewhere for physiotherapy services where communication and patient care are prioritized.

I'd been having some pain in my lower arm that didn't seem to be getting any better. The physio quickly found the source of the problem in a tendon. He carried out some massage and some Ultra sonic therapy. He also recommended some exercises. I had 2 sessions. My arm is now well on the way to a full recovery. Very pleased.

My wife was referred for treatment to her shoulder by our doctor. She got a call from pure Physiotherapy who agreed that treatment would be necessary. They made an appointment that turned out to be fake and then offered other appointments that they could not offer due to the failures with their booking system. In the end they told us to sort it out ourselves with our own surgery, which we could easily have done in the first place. They were not at all helpful. The insincere apology was in words only with no attempt to sort out the mess that they had made. Overall a totally rubbish service that meant that we attended a non existent appointment and then lost a place in the real queue.
The reply is somewhat disingenuous. The front line staff were very helpful but the management backup was poor. I had to chase for contact and in the end was left in limbo. I explained that their offer could not be accepted as the travel was too far so their offer was not exactly declined it could not be accepted.
However we are now being treated by PT physiotherapist who is first class. Pity about the backroom.

I have been suffering with severe pain in both my knees for quite some time so I went to Pure Physiotherapy in Chadderton, Oldham where I met Saira, the Physiotherapist. She immediately made me feel really welcome and comfortable and asked me a number of questions to get an understanding of my problem. She then went to work on my knees and, after only four visits so far, the improvement has been fantastic. She also gave me guidance notes to enable me to exercise at home. I have no hesitation in recommending this company, and Saira in particular, to anyone.

With great sadness I feel I must share my experience of Pure Physiotherapy accounts to warn others. They persist in demanding payment for an excess they failed to request in time from my medical insurer. This is clearly their error and I have been advised by the medical insurer not to pay as it is Pure Physiotherapy’s responsibility. The medical insurer has also advised Pure Physiotherapy of this yet they are still trying to charge me ! I recommend you find a more financially reputable company.
