I must express my disappointment with the quality control (QC) of the watch I recently purchased. It was supposed to be a new watch, but it arrived in a condition resembling that of a used one.

The watch came with numerous small scratches on the inner buckle, and there was a significant, deep scratch running through the buckle logo. The bezel produced an unusual sound when turned, which was quite concerning.

The luminosity of the watch was extremely poor, barely visible in low light. But the most alarming issue was the loud noise the movement made whenever I moved or shook my hand. This is not what I expected from a new watch.

My experience with their customer service was equally disappointing. Instead of addressing the issue directly, they suggested that I either get the watch fixed locally or send it back for inspection. This is not the kind of post-purchase service I expected.

Quality control should have identified and addressed these issues before the watch reached me. If not, it begs the question, what is the purpose of having a QC department in the first place? This has been a rather disheartening experience.

Despite lots of great photos and their "Quality Control" department being involved (we think) - when the watch finally arrived it had a few issues.
Firstly the "gold" was not really gold - more a bronze colour. The red gold plating was obviously not well done.
Next the lumen on the hands does NOT hold the light more then ca. 30 min!?!?
And WORST... after a few weeks 2/4 of the screws for the lugs of the watch fell out!?!?
So I am now constantly worried that the watch will just fall off my wrist.
When I complained about this - the morons told me that would send new lugs if I bought another watch!? :-(
Stay away from them!!

Bought Bell and Ross, which has not Miyota movement, was a cheap Chinese copy. Watch died after 2 months. Lost all money!

This is literally the best site to buy reps on. I own 3 from this site and they are all perfect. As with everything you get what you pay for, they have expensive and inexpensive reps on here, just buy the more expensive ones they are worth it. I even had an issue with the crown on my GMT and was able to get a replacement part straight from them. Anyone who left a bad review must be talking about a different site.

Bought a rolex a year ago, still working.. great quality anyway, i received the watch probably in 1 month.. it come into a box, totally clean.. dont listen to false experience here.. just go on the replica watch forum.

Received is a damaged watch and then cannot be contacted

These guys are total scammers, I paid for a watch. They sent false tracking links. I chased it up with Royal Mail my end and the address was not mine and the weight was only enough for a letter.
They palmed me off so I've basically just lost £360. Total scammers

I purchased a bell/Ross divers for my grandchild's birthday presenting it to him it failed within a few days I took it to the jeweller who told me the Miyota movement was a cheap Chinese copy.I have since requested a refund from pure time some 12 requests later they will not accept the faulty watch back. Do not deal with this site you will lose
your money AVOID

I bought two watches one year ago, but they never arrived!
No Service from puretimewatches👎🏻
They are not interested in helping me!
