This is the 2nd time we have used David from Purple Bricks who has always been very helpful and informative. They contact you in plenty of time before your current mortgage rate expires.

Really clear throughout. Could sometimes take a while to respond and could have been a bit more proactive but generally once they had tasks to do they got them done really quickly and were thorough. They were really helpful throughout while also reasonably priced and also helped with things like insurance.

They are always available to talk to whenever I have questions. They made everything easy.

My general experience was satisfactory with good support from my case worker.
