I was going through quite the lengthy service complaints procedure to rectify an injustice affecting my career. Through a recommendation I sought the services of Mr Alan Steele. A big thank you to Katie Horgan who secured an administrative settlement in relation to the misuse of a railcard, compiling a persuasive series of representations which enabled a student to avoid prosecution. Excellent legal services from the get-go. Although communication with my primary contact dropped to virtually non existent once my case was no longer requiring of a solicitor (I assume due to higher priority cases? A lot of my calls and texts weren’t returned so I still don’t know).

I did however have the pleasure of an extremely helpful paralegal, with great communication, who found a swift resolution to residual problems I had +12 months later.

This would have been a 3* review had it not have been for the paralegal assistance.
