My water flosser stopped charging almost a year after purchase… I had registered it so when I sent the company an email about it, they got back to me right away and told me that it would be still under warranty and after I did some pictures and verified that it was not working they are sending me a new one. Customer service was very helpful!

The flosser is great. The unwanted refill subscription is a pain. I have requested cancellation on multiple occasions yet my card continues to be charged. Customer service is terrible and diminishes the brand
I appreciate the quick response times regarding my refund, although it seemed to take quite a while to see it in my account. The representative was always prompt in replying to my questions.

This is the worst customer service I ever experienced.. The kept sending me monthly subscription products, when I never signed on for that. When I returned the products, they never refunded my credit card. I have been emailing them for my refund and they answer me saying if you send it back when we receive it we will reimburse your account. I already sent it BACK!!!!
Awful to get so frustrated with a company that you spent so much money on. it's unfair.

So they processed it to appease me then took it back... Terrible business practice... never again, and will make sure i tell everyone i know don't buy from this company...

I ordered this flosser in January 2026 I think. I could not use it because I have terrible arthritis in my hand and could not hold the flosser. I called emailed the company, they replied not problem, send back. I returned and they received on 2/3. Then I got "extra" stuff that I did not order. Was told not problem, send back. They received on 2/10. I paid a total of $28.50 for postage to return. I got a refund for the "extra" items, but no refund for the postage which I had asked for. Still no refund. Finally got a refund for the flosser, less $2.30, why I do not know. As I see it, they still owe me $31.05. I now want a credit for the money ($20.) i had to pay to send back the flosser.
I got such nice3 emails from customer service thanking me for my "patience" and my credit would go to the top, I was told this 2-3 times. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered my Puursmile set when there was a promotion whereby you get 3 free gifts. The free gifts were a travel case, some floss drops and an assortment of different attachments. Unfortunately upon arrival my floss drops were missing, so I contacted customer support and Marie was very helpful in getting them sent out to me separately. I have yet to use the product, but the customer service I can comfortably say is excellent!

I am changing my review after resolution of my issue. I was apparently put into a subscription I was not aware of and this was the first shipment of 3. My comment would be to check the fine print. Customer service finally reached back to me, they were experiencing phone difficulty, and stopped the subscription and reimbursed me for the first shipment. The flosser works great and my dentist has noticed a positive change in the teeth and gums since using. I recommend the product.

The water flosser and its products are great. My dentist has noticed a difference in how healthier and cleaner my gums and teeth are since the Puur Water flosser. Recently my reservoir tank cracked and I contacted customer service. Marie, who assisted me was very friendly and her speedy service help me get a new reservoir tank. I definitely would recommend their products to family and friends

They sign you up for a subscription without telling you. The charge is more than my original purchase. I want to return it and they don't respond via email or phone. No one is even picking up the phone. I have been trying for days to get an answer on how to return what I never signed up for. They sent me an address to return it to, with no further information and stopped responding. How could I get a refund sending it to an address with no other information, if they don't know it's my package they can't pay me back can they? HORRIBLE customer service. You can chat with an AI bot who just tells you to keep emailing and calling them. Don't waste your time or money being scammed by this company.

Initially I shared that was not satisfied with the product and I wanted to return it. I got a very fast response with them wanting me to keep trying the product, telling me to “give it time” and providing me with some suggestions. I said I would “try” but still was NOT happy. Then about a week to a week and a half later they charged me $85 for the subscription. I sent them three follow up emails now asking for that to be refunded as not only did I initially want a refund and was unhappy and talked into keeping it to try it a little longer but then you are charging me again and won’t even respond to me. I find it very interesting that you wanted to respond to me so quickly to talk me into keeping it, but now won’t respond when I ask to have a charge reversal. Worst customer service ever I’m reporting them to my bank.
