Board not delivered

I ordered a puzzle ready board for a gift as I had purchased one for myself and really like it. It was supposed to be delivered march 2 for a gift. On march 6 I contacted company and shared that Fed Ex tracking shows it is in Penn since 2/25. I was basically told puzzle ready not responsible once it leaves. Tracking shows it still there . Hard to review something you don't have

This has been escalated to our logistics team, and a replacement has been requested so you’re not left waiting on the shipment. Cheaply made for the price.

I ordered the 1000 piece tilt board with legs and it came damaged from packaging and the legs don’t work. One of the knobs also fell off already from simply pulling the drawer open. Product is very cheaply made and is way overpriced for what you get.

Please rest assured that we take great care to ensure every item leaves our warehouse in excellent condition. Each board is carefully packed in a protective corrugated carton with foam padding, clear “Fragile” markings, and a built-in handle for easier carrying. Unfortunately, on rare occasions, damage can occur during the final delivery stage, which is beyond our control.

with your order ID and a few photos showing the damage and the issue with the legs and knob? Once we receive those details, our team will review everything promptly and assist you with a suitable solution in line with our 100% satisfaction commitment .

Great customer service

We already have one puzzle board and love the unique design and excellent quality. When we gave one as a gift for an elderly family member, however, it was defective and began to fall apart within the first week. Due to the circumstances, we were unable to return it. Puzzle Ready was helpful and understanding, and replaced the board for us. Would recommend their company wholeheartedly!

Great customer service

Great customer service! When the board I ordered was no longer available, they were able to provide me with a different board at no additional charge! Great quality. I'm very happy with my purchase!

Puzzle Ready is available in different sizes designed for 1,000, 1,500, and 2,000 piece puzzles. If you’re working on a larger puzzle, choosing the corresponding size should give you more room to sort and assemble the pieces comfortably.

Packaged arrived on time

Packaged arrived on time, clearly marked to avoid damages and works great! The whole table is not extremely stable but good enough for puzzling. We are very happy with our new puzzle table!
