I have purchased puzzles before from puzzles galore but this was the first time I ordered damaged boxes. Well they have just arrived and I can't find anything wrong with any of them. Will be continuing ordering in the future.

Preordered over3 months ago. Advised this week it would come soon. Not arrived yet. Royal Mail cannot update tracking so dont know when it will be deliverex. Before this, I am asked to review!!! Not the first class service I would have expected. Very disappointed.

Customer service was a great help, a puzzle arrived very damaged.when I phoned they were so kind to send a replacement. It arrived in great condition, it is a Christmas gift so I couldn’t use the damaged one.

This puzzle was hard to find, so happy I was able to order it here! The puzzle arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The packaging was secure and intact. Looking forward to putting it together!

I don’t understand all these bad reviews? I entered the competition on the tv I got a phone call 2 weeks later saying I’m in the final draw for £11,000 I paid £1.95 for postage and was told i have a two week free trial and could cancel anytime and I waited for my parcel to come and was able to get in touch straight away and cancel my subscription I have been doing these puzzles for years now!
