One puzzle cancelled and the other took over a month to be delivered. It was only sent when I contacted you. It was a Christmas present but still waiting hopefully it will come today

My mother ordered a jigsaw for me for Christmas. It arrived at some point before 28th December and Royal Mail left it next to the dustbin at the back of the house but didn’t bother to leave a card saying they had done this. I arrived home on 27th December when it chucked it down with rain. If I’d known there was a parcel to take in, I would have done so. The box is ruined but as the puzzle is in a plastic bag, it is still doable. Currently trying to dry out the picture and box
