The surveyor that they sent to my property damaged my wall, and brickwork. Following promises to remedy the damage, almost 7 months ago, they have been unresponsive and ignored multiple chasers in relation to this. Avoid this company at all costs! Very unpleasant experience!

We are currently having external wall insulation installed on our property. I cannot fault Michael and his team for there knowledge, correspondance and respect to the property whilst work is being carried out. I really was pulling my hair out trying to find a trustworthy and reliable company. After 6 months of going around in circles, being let down by other companies not turning up to give a quote, companies coming out to inspect the property but clearly not having the expertise or pride in what I can do, I cannot recommend Prymid eco highly enough. We are three days into the project and I cannot wait to see the finish result. With Prymid, you are in safe hands. They know what they are doing unlike a lot of cowboy companies who are out to make profit only.

Trace and access work. They showed me and kept me informed every step of the way and did more than what was required. I’ve done something I never normally do which is to recommend anyone but I didn’t hesitate to recommend Pyramid to my cousin who was also very satisfied in their repair work to a leak.

Such a professional and knowledgeable company. Will definitely use again and recommend. The mildew/damp problems we had on a rental property were inspected quickly. We were advised on solutions and after authorising works going ahead, the parts were ordered and a follow up visit to carry out all works was arranged. What also impressed me was that Pyramid Solution also took the time to educate our tenant on ways to avoid future problems that would probably not occur to most people to have such an effect.
