This is the biggest piece of useless equipment I have ever purchased in my life ...It does not work as stated and is a cheap optic device which can not be used by anyone with decent vision...The process to hopefully get any results is time consuming and tedious, best left up to the NSA, CIA, or other military applications...The advertising information is misleading as to the quality and performance of the device...It is useless to anybody without special optical software in their possession to process the images you are attempting to document.

Hello Kenneth, We advertise that you can reach at least 50x times magnification and up to 100x and more magnification by attaching your smartphone, which is the case. We use Fully multi-coated lenses and have a BAK-4 prims to ensure optimal light passthrough and sharpness. For the price we are offering the best optic for under $200. If you have difficulties with the operation, we also have a great support team on board that is there to help you with your questions via email and live chat, make sure to make use of that, normally this resolves more than 99% of all questions. Poor quality, awkward to use , rotten customer service ,slow delivery Not made in the USA Even though the reply says they are the best on th market for the money they are not and not even worth £55 so don't listen to their hype

We make our scopes in the US, in Germany and China. Most of our glass to produce them we import from Japan. For the money, we offer the best optic on the market.

Still Waiting for delivery with no expected date.
I guess my poor rating is solely due to the fact I have not received the products I ordered in the timeframe I expected. I do still hope that once I receive my orders I am pleased, but the delivery process and most importantly the tracking process is very poor.

Ads were misleading
The ads for this product make it seem way easier to use than it really is . It does seem to be fairly well built but the tiny tripod /handle makes it so hard to look through as you would have to be sitting at a table or other surface to use. Without stabilizing it on something I could never get a clear view far away for more than a couple seconds. Still haven’t been able to take clear pics using the smartphone adapter. I would never have purchased it had I known all this beforehand, sorry.

Adjusting the focus should help. Put the iniatal magnficaiton to 12x and rotate the objective clockwise until you get a clear picture. Please refer to the manual under the section 'Getting Focus'. It always is a good idea to reach out to our support team through live support or emial at info@telescopython.com before leaving bad reviews, because we here to help exactly with those issues :)
I got nailed in the ass by y’all.
I still Han the received a damn thing and this is starting to suck big time. Makes me want to vomit that although money was taken out it seems like I got but screwed, and if you were me you would feel the same way.
