Never used this company before and I must say what a find. Bought a Porsche GT3 and had the finance set up via Porsche until I spoke to the team at Q finance and they smashed the deal out the park compared to Porsche. Application took 20 mins and the money was in the bank the next day. I will certainly be using g them again.

Not honest
I talked to james yesterday he said the price of the car lower down by 900£ with the dealer, so I happy to go with it. Today I made a deposit at the dealer then james told me he made a mistake that the car should be at the original price with no discount. Then I ask him how much altogether I need to pay to lender he replied at 5000£. Later he sent me the doc then I found in the doc it was 6000£. I think this company is not trustworthy and I choose another finance company

Upon reviewing your application, we noted that the initial cash price of £3,099 was entered into our system, whereas the actual vehicle price at the dealership was £3,999. James has acknowledged that this discrepancy may have resulted from either a human input error or a miscommunication from the dealership. Based on the original figure, the finance terms and total amount payable that were initially provided were correct. However, when the correct vehicle price was confirmed, the finance terms naturally changed — including your monthly payments and the overall total payable.
We want to assure you that there was no intention to mislead or deceive. Transparency is a core value at Q-Finance, and as soon as the discrepancy came to light, we took immediate steps to clarify and rectify the situation.
While we regret that your experience did not reflect the high standards we strive to maintain, we are confident this was an isolated incident — as demonstrated by the consistent 5-star reviews we receive from many of our customers.
While we regret that you chose to proceed with another provider, we respect your decision and wish you all the best with your new vehicle. We appreciate your feedback and are always working to improve. If you'd like to discuss this further, please feel free to get in touch directly.

On my arrival John check up on me which I found very nice. And he didn't have to do so but he was very welcoming and helped me with a few things on the car and about the car.
