Excellent all round service. Shame there are not more companies like this one. I live in Spain and they went above and beyond to assist.

I would highly recommend this company. I ordered my Humax 5000 recording box back in May. Very prompt delivery, l have had a problem with not being able to record programs, l phoned Humax they didn’t help. In desperation l phoned Chigwell, the problem was sorted very quickly. Thank you very much Richard, it’s been a pleasure doing business with your company.

Excellent service, communication and product. Ordered renewed Humax HDR 1100S by phone on Thursday, delivered the following Monday to France. Product as new and performs as such.

very kindly richard at chigwell satellites tried to resolve my problem which is firstly that i paid for x2 BT set-top boxes : youview variant chigwell satellite sent me x2 BT digital set-top boxes i called up chigwell satellites on 31 july 2025 to explain the situation to mr richard he comprehended the predicament i have & sent me x2 hdmi 2 scart adaptors which very kindly arrived on 2 august 2025 via royalmail the review i am typing is that chigwell satellite hear a customer's concerns after the point of selling the item/s this is referred 2as from a retail perspective as after sale service very kindly the personal touch effectively

Had a problem with Humax I bought over a year ago. Same day helpful advice. Great company, great service.

Fantastic service! I bought a 'renewed' satellite box from them which developed a fault. In less than 24hours I had a replacement box. It's rare to get such good service these days.

Six weeks of complete failure by BT solved by Chigwell Satellite!

Chigwell Satellite came to my aid in just a few days to install Starlink and TP Link boosters to my Office and home. Achieved in a few hours with competence, kindness and high professionalism.

Prior to Easter 2025 I phoned Chigwell Satellites and spoke to Charlie regarding advice on a BT youview box, all my questions were answered and I found him very knowledgeable and helpful, therefore on the 22/04/2025 I ordered the item and an email was sent time indicating the DPD tracking number, the next day it arrived and I set it up without any problems.In conclusion Charlie is a fine ambassador for this company as other companies were not has helpful. Thanks to Charlie and others.

I called at least 10 companies looking for a very specific Starlink part and a company that could deliver next day. Charlie at Chigwell Satellite answered my call and was helpful, knowledgeable and quick to understand the requirement. He sourced the part, sent me a photo to confirm it was what I needed, and in less than one hour it was dispatched and a link to track the delivery was sent. But further, he then invested time to try and find another part which we had discussed. Although that search was unsuccessful he put serious effort into giving superb customer service and I'm very grateful. This is customer service at it's best. Thank you.

I had a problem with a digibox that was faulty. Daniel was extremely helpful and made sure I had everything I needed to return the faulty box and receive a new one. No dramas, no questions. All very satisfactory. Would heartily recommend!

What a helpful team of people.
Being elderly and not very tech minded the gentleman I spoke to pointed me in the right direction with his easy to understand description of the products I was after. No pressure sales talk and not pushing the most expensive. Now it's my choice and will be back in touch with them when I have make my mind up.
