We brought some equipment from this company many years ago. Lately we have had satellite reception problems, nothing to do with the equipment they sold us. Rang them today for advice and they could not have been more helpful. Would give them more than 5 stars if possible.

Excellent service. Quick response. An engineer was sent out same day to fix our Starlink Internet system.

I wanted a specific Humax box which they were advertising via another company. I contacted them about customs duty being paid as it was coming into France. I have heard horror stories of items being charged what can only be described as excessive by Douane. Daniel confirmed that they would be paying the duty at their end and explained the process. I purchased the item and was told up to 7 days and it arrived in 4. Very pleased with the service and very pleased with the item I purchased and much cheaper than other companies. A pleasure to do business with. Thank you.

I recently purchased a Sky+HD box and was really impressed with the service given by this Company. The instructions given with the box helped me to connect it without employing a technician to deal with it. I emailed about something else and Daniel sent a detailed email explaining how to sort the problem which it did. This Company goes above and beyond - a rare experience nowadays.

I ordered a SKY+ HD box from the company. It arrived promptly and securely packaged. It looked amazing and good as new. Unfortunately because of circumstances I need to go with SKY Q and therefore return the product.

Superfast on delivery, never even got time to track the package as it arrived within 24 hrs of order. Great service and great products some of which are simply not available elsewhere.

Having contacted Chigwell Satellite regarding the installation of Starlink I spoke to the very knowledgeable Charlie. Starling v3 does not come with a roof pole but Charlie went out of his way to source me a couple of options. Charlie’s service and communication was outstanding and I highly recommend him.

my refurbished devie looked like new. I had a question which they answered by email within minutes. I was very imporessed with the service and will go to them again.

It's not until something goes wrong that a customer finds out how good or bad is a supplier. Purchased a 'renewed' set-top box/recorder from Chigwell, which stopped working properly after a day. I was given technical advice over the 'phone by Richard, and to be honest I was rather sceptical; but he knew what he was talking about. Still didn't fully fix the fault though. Chigwell were happy for me to return the item and refund my money. But I still needed a box. Charlie gave me his time to discuss my options and showed good product knowledge. As a result I've bought a different box from them, which was very promptly dispatched and I'm pleased to say works well. They might not sometimes be as cheap as Amazon for the same product, but what price good old fashioned customer service? I was prepared to pay a bit more and, based on this experience, would do so again, just for the peace of mind. Thank you Richard and Charlie - keep up the good work!
