The dress is beautiful, fits fine and more maxi length as I am 5ft 2 tall. I got the XL but L would have been fine. However I am quite disappointed with some of the finish. Threads hanging in several places and a bead missing. I was told that the lengthy delivery time was due to ensuring quality control but no quality control was done on this item. The package came from Pakistan which is most likely the reason for the lengthy delivery time.

This was my first time to order from Qamaash and honestly I was hesitant about the stitching.
But honestly I was surprised as the dress was exactly stitched as shown in the pics! Perfect stitching with all embellishments. I would 100% recommend this store. Very good customer service - both on what’s app and emails.

Estimated time. 19/03/26. Nothing personalised etc. delivered 08/04/26. I placed the order on 01/03/26. It said it was UK based so I paid extra as I thought they'd be no issues with delivery. Cheaper alternatives for the same piece but this company attracts by quick delivery but does the opposite

If you’re looking for a dress that is exceptional quality and overall beautiful then Qamaash is definitely for you. The reason I am giving 3 stars however is because I was promised that my clothing would arrive by a certain date. I knew it would also take a long time to ship coming from South Asia so I ordered an entire month before hand and asked twice if my dress is on its way as the date I needed it came closer. They shipped it 4 days before I needed it, I knew then it wouldn’t come. Now I would have given 4 stars if someone had apologised and admitted a mistake was made and maybe offered a discount. But instead they insisted it was a timely manner. 4 days for a dress to get to the UK from Pakistan is not timely unfortunately.

Delivery was a lot slower than expected and once the item arrived it was a completely different colour to the picture shown on the website. Would be fine if the company was willing to exchange for the correct item.

Very good and frendly people worth the wait I wasent expecting the lace ore the beads it’s done not to much and is perfect 😍

the quality of material and handwork was poor. the shisha foil mirror are missing on some gold embroidery and the lenga was wet also the colours were darker than show on photos and videos.on of the balls fell off when i opened the duppata

This was my first time ordering from Qamaash, and overall I had a really positive experience. The stitching was absolutely lovely and the outfit looked exactly like the picture - something you don’t always get. The quality was genuinely high, and I was really happy with all the embellishments that made the outfit feel even more special.

Their team were extremely responsive on WhatsApp, which I really appreciated. Good communication is quite rare when ordering Asian clothing online, so this made a big difference. The tracking updates were also helpful and kept me informed throughout.

The only thing I’d point out is the estimated dispatch date. I assumed this meant the outfit would be dispatched on that date, but when I contacted them, I was told that stitching takes three to four weeks. I didn’t see that information anywhere on the website, so my order arrived later than I expected. To their credit, they did expedite the order once I reached out, though it still arrived after the original estimate. It would just be helpful if the stitching timeframe were made clearer upfront.

Other than that, Qamaash were wonderful to deal with, and the final product was beautiful. I had a lovely experience and will absolutely be ordering from them again.
