Extremely Inexperienced Support
I am incredibly disappointed with my experience using Qapital and their customer support. I had a simple issue that should have been resolved quickly: I tried to set up the Dream Team collaboration feature so my partner (who lives with me) and I could save together. I sent him the invite and when he clicked on the link, it instructed him to sign up for Qapital, but then it took him nowhere. I tried everything—resending the link three times, canceling and resending the invite, but nothing worked.
I emailed support on Friday night, fully understanding they may not respond immediately but now it’s been two full days without a resolution. When I finally heard back, I was connected to a rep named Johnny who seems more focused on quoting articles than actually solving the issue. Despite providing screenshots and videos detailing the problem, I’m still unable to add my partner to the Dream Team or cover the $3 charge for him.
This lack of effective support has left me so frustrated that I’ve told my friends who also recently downloaded the app, to remove their funds and look elsewhere. A simple feature like this should not require this much back and forth and the inability to resolve basic issues makes me question whether Qapital is the right platform for managing finances.
Until the support team becomes more experienced and proactive in handling customer issues, I cannot recommend this app to anyone.
