QCL best business investment you could ever make

QCL was one of the best business investments I've ever made.

Not only am I getting consistent leads through linkedIn but, I have found ways to improve my business just by their example.

I also closed my first deal within 6 weeks of the launch of our campaign off of a cold lead which is game changing for my business.

Highly recommend giving them a shot.

Did not deliver on core commitments

I engaged QCL to build a lead generation system and deliver qualified introductions to potential clients. The agreement included a commitment to provide a minimum number of introductions within a defined timeframe.
In my experience, those expectations were not met. I did not receive any qualified introductions during the engagement. Not one.
In addition, the level of support and follow-through fell short of what was represented during the sales process. Certain expectations were set verbally regarding guidance, execution, and support, but those did not materialize once the engagement began. Communication became limited, and progress stalled.
There was also a noticeable decline in responsiveness after I chose not to move forward with additional paid services, which raised concerns about the consistency of support tied to the original agreement.
When I raised these concerns and requested a resolution, I was again offered verbal commitments which were not in the contract. I believe that I had no reason to trust more verbal commitments, so I declined. QCL then referred me back to the contract terms. And even though they failed to provide their contractual agreements, they refused to work toward a mutual resolution.
Every business relationship depends on trust, execution, and alignment. Unfortunately, this engagement did not deliver on those fronts. I would encourage others to carefully evaluate expectations, deliverables, and the level of support they can expect before proceeding.

Over the past 23 years, we’ve worked with thousands of consultants, coaches, and service providers to build cold marketing systems that generate opportunities with executives. One thing has been consistently true across every successful engagement: results require active participation from both sides.

Our role is to build the system, develop the messaging, generate interest, and provide the structure, training, and support needed to convert. The client’s role is to participate in execution—especially when it comes to hosting events, engaging prospects, and following the process. This is clearly communicated during the sales process and outlined in our agreement.

In this case, our team completed the setup, created messaging, and spent weeks promoting a roundtable to generate interest. However, the event could not be executed as planned due to an issue with the access link provided to us, and a required pre-event technical check—designed specifically to prevent this—was not completed despite multiple attempts to coordinate.

We also provide a dedicated project manager and weekly live support sessions that our entire team, including me attend so that escalation of important matters can be escalated & be there to collectively help our clients. Nothing was ever mentioned on this matter. These are in place to ensure clients are supported every step of the way. Participation in these resources is critical to achieving results.

It’s important to clarify that we do not run events or conduct sales conversations on behalf of clients. We build and support the system so clients can engage and convert opportunities themselves. That’s the nature of a performance-based relationship—it’s a two-way commitment.

When the process is followed, the system works. When key steps are missed, it prevents the outcome from being realized.

We remain open to completing the process properly and delivering on the system as intended.

For anyone considering working with us: success here comes from combining the system we provide with your active participation in executing it. That’s how results are created.

Why QCL is fantastic for lead generation

I wanted a way to connect with leads and communicate with them beyond messaging. Their set up fee is reasonable, on boarding is efficient and effective, they over delivered the lead generation and executed my roundtables to perfection. Strong Foundation and Engagement, Hoping for Deeper Advisory Insight

I really like the concept behind QCL and the Executive Round Table model. I joined because I saw it as a smart way to supplement my existing business development efforts and build a longer-term sales funnel. The people assigned to support me are solid, responsive, and clearly work hard. On average, I have about six people attending each roundtable, which shows there is real value and momentum in the platform.

One challenge I have encountered is around advisory support and feedback. I come from a sales background and typically have a strong close rate in my traditional business development efforts. That said, I have not yet seen the same results through QCL. Some of this is likely on me, and I am actively adjusting my messaging and targeting. The team is open to the changes I suggest, but I was hoping for more proactive, collaborative input and guidance from the QCL side to help validate whether my adjustments are the right ones.

Another dynamic I have noticed is that many attendees are consultants like myself who are interested in partnership opportunities, rather than my ideal buyer. I have also had a few executives from larger organizations attend, and while nothing immediate has come from those conversations, there is potential for future opportunities. I follow up promptly and consistently, but without coaching or strategic feedback from QCL, it is difficult to know if I am optimizing the process or missing key levers.

I do attend the weekly support calls when possible, which are helpful for hearing wins and challenges from others. I also explored getting a one-on-one session with Jeff, but that comes with an additional cost. Personally, I would have loved to see a built-in one-on-one advisory session after a few iterations of running roundtables, rather than having to fully self-diagnose what is and is not working.

To compensate, I have shared my approach, dialogue, and offering with a few trusted colleagues outside of QCL for transparent feedback, and that has been helpful. I am also launching a new tool in early 2026, and the feedback I have received so far will help sharpen my offering.

Overall, I genuinely believe in the concept, and I think the team is committed and capable. My experience has felt more self-guided than I expected. At times, it feels like I am an unguided missile making adjustments on my own. With a bit more structured coaching or advisory input, I believe the results could be meaningfully stronger.

QCL works hard

My project manager Maria is terrific. She is kind and supportive as is my lead generator, Mariel. They are there for me. Also, I get a lot out of the included sales support calls that Jeff leads. They have sent me many leads to talk to in my round tables. I have not closed sales, but that part is my job.

Great system, but you must listen to Jeff and take his coaching if you are to be successful in this program

I've been with QCL over a year and upgraded early on to their Closers Club, which was a great investment. QCL is a great thought leadership system to get people into executive roundtables.

Jeff has very specific ways to run the roundtables and is there for weekly calls to help and support his clients. As I've said to him many times, he's a savant in this arena.

I've been in sales for over 30 years, but this has been a very different way for me to sell, so it took me several months to get the right "script" and learn how to create a shift for participants such that they'd want to have a follow up strategy session with me. Once in the strategy session things begin to get a bit easier as the relationship with the prospect gets deeper.

I did have a couple of project managers early on who I had to give a lot of guidance to as they are the ones reaching out as me over LinkedIn. The first two just didn't write like me, but they were extremely coachable. My current PM is fantastic and we've become a great team. She is very responsive and always asks for my guidance in advance if she's unsure about anything. I love this.

I'd also suggest to anyone becoming a client to consider the extra money for Closers Club. It's a small, intimate group with a ton of one-one work with Jeff and the other participants.

As a CEO who is perpetually pitched over email and LI and almost never takes a call, this system is a fantastic way to get people in a room that I'd never be able to get on the phone.

I highly recommend QCL and Jeff and Lisa Levin. They are wonderful!

QCL Relationships Is Different - Finding Your Edge

Working in consulting, QCL Leads has been far an investment and not a cost. This is not what you consider the lead industry to be - I as the individual and the company has to put the work in to and I love that. QCL does not promise easy leads or quick money, it is a relationship that you also work on your own pitch, message, and edge. I was incredibly skeptical and I let them know that before engaging but just in the time I have working with them, I am kicking myself I did not find out about them sooner.

A Year With QCL: The Worst Business Experience I Have Had

My experience with QCL over the course of nearly one full year was one of the worst professional engagements I have had with any organization. As the CEO of a company that operates in high-risk environments every day, I rely on truth, consistency, accountability, and real results. QCL delivered none of these.

From the very beginning, QCL failed to understand who my company is, what we actually do, or the unique value we bring to an industry we have been transforming step by step. Despite multiple meetings, countless emails, and full access to an entire marketing folder of resources, QCL never learned my company’s unique selling proposition. After six months, even my advisory board was stunned that QCL still could not articulate what makes HCCI Protection different.

QCL promised to get me in front of “hard to reach corporate and business leaders.” That never happened. QCL promised “20 top end leads in 90 days.” After almost a year, they did not produce even one legitimate, revenue-generating lead. The single conversation they did manage to schedule was almost lost because of QCL’s unprofessional and negligent follow up, leaving the contact waiting for months. Every other “lead” QCL claimed was nothing but a filler meeting with someone who had no interest in services, no intention of pursuing business, and in many cases was not even in the correct market. QCL repeatedly targeted the wrong people with the wrong message.

Worse, QCL ignored message after message on Sales Navigator, leaving outreach unanswered for weeks or months while firing off new messages to random contacts. This resulted in real harm to my company’s reputation. One contact even called it a red flag and questioned whether our lack of response was incompetence or an indicator of what they could expect from us if they hired us.

Then came the most unacceptable action: QCL created a fake executive-level LinkedIn profile claiming to represent my company without ever telling me or seeking approval. This is dishonest, unethical, and dangerous. They then wanted me to respond to a contact using that false profile, sidestepping responsibility for their own mishandling of communications. That alone should be enough for anyone to think twice before trusting this organization.

Throughout all of this, QCL showed no accountability. Emails were ignored. Concerns were dismissed. Promises were not met. Follow up was nonexistent. The service agreement clearly states that clients receive direct one-on-one time with Jeff. Not once did Jeff meet with me, respond to a single email, or take interest in the issues I raised. Yet today, after a year of silence, he sends me promotional marketing for his new book asking whether I want a free copy.

Meanwhile, I invested roughly $5,000 including their service fee and Sales Navigator costs for a complete loss. Not a single meaningful lead, no performance, no return, no resolution, and no acknowledgment of their failures. QCL claims “Quality” and “Consistency” in its name, yet my experience with them showed neither.

QCL made excuses, passed blame, avoided responsibility, and repeatedly failed to deliver even the minimum expected of a professional marketing organization. The level of negligence, misrepresentation, and indifference I encountered is far beyond simple error. It reflects a company that either cannot or will not fulfill its commitments.

If QCL was available on legitimate review platforms, I would publish an extensive, detailed review outlining every instance of their failures. Since they are not, this is the only place I can state clearly and truthfully: my experience with QCL was deeply negative, unproductive, and costly. I would never recommend this company to anyone seeking real results, professionalism, or integrity.

Jeff, nothing in your response reflects honesty or integrity. Your own paperwork shows one on one calls with you were included. QCL never understood my company, our value, or how we were different, even six months in when my advisors confronted your team about it. You knew from day one that my business only served Colorado, yet your guidance to expand into other regions produced nothing at all. I followed the majority of recommendations from QCL. Your claim of 35 meetings and 15 appointments is false; Calendly proves only seven existed in total. You ignored every email proving inflated reporting, fake numbers, and repeated failures. You denied creating a fake LinkedIn profile, yet I have black and white proof your team made it and never disclosed it. You ignored my documented concerns for months while odd shore staff members repeatedly changed on your side, adding to the instability. You responded here because it is public.

Shane — thank you for sharing your perspective. Several statements in your review do not align with the facts, and I want to respond clearly for future clients evaluating our company.

QCL has served thousands of coaches, consultants, and service companies over 23 years. If the experience described here reflected our work, we would not have the longevity, reputation, or nearly 100 team members supporting clients daily.

As a Christian- led company, integrity matters deeply to us. We routinely give far more support than we charge for, which is why accusations about dishonesty or negligence must be addressed factually.

1. We understood your business; the market did not respond to the initial offer.

We always begin with the client’s Current Market Assessment. Your offer of placing armed guards in schools was understood. The challenge was market reality:

• The region you required us to focus on does not adopt this model politically
• The geography was limited
• School leaders at the top were unwilling to engage for obvious political reasons

Cold outreach showed that while parents and school staff cared deeply about safety, political restrictions made your initial offer unviable in that region.

2. The survey was a strategic pivot, not the product.

We pivoted to a survey because the assumptions provided by the client did not match actual market response. The Thought Leader Approach positions clients as leaders on the issues their audience cares about most but we had to find out what that was.

So, we targeted parents who also worked in the school system to build relationships with those directly impacted.

In under 90 days:

• 100+ total engagements delivered
• 55 completed surveys
• 35 meeting requests
• 15 booked appointments

The market revealed what they would buy first: self-defense, staff safety training, concealed-carry education, and innovative approaches to protecting children. These offerings would have allowed you to:

• build relationships inside schools,
• create additional products to serve the community, and
• eventually build leverage to shift policy and open the door for armed protection in the future.

That is how a scalable cold marketing system works: start with what the market says yes to, then expand.

3. This work requires flexibility, partnership, and participation.

QCL is a performance-based partnership. Our goal is to put both of us in a position to earn long-term income by building a pipeline, not chasing one or two quick wins. We work with people who want companies — not just clients — and that requires a mindset shift.

The market was telling you to pivot, and choosing not to and resist made the partnership difficult.

We believed in your mission, which is why:
• You received a 50% discount, and
• We continued supporting you almost a full additional year at no cost

However, cold selling requires learning a different approach. Our records show one support call attended during the entire year. Without participation, a pivot cannot succeed.

4. Correcting inaccurate claims

• No “fake profile” was ever created.
A real team member acted as your Executive Assistant — a standard B2B practice explained during your onboarding.

• The contract did not include 1-on-1 time with me.
It includes weekly live support with me (I never miss these), plus a Project Manager and outreach specialist that we never billed you for, because our clients pay a setup fee only.

• The book was not a promotion.
180° Shift Selling was a gift to clients because cold selling requires a mindset shift. Educated clients succeed faster in performance-based partnerships.

For future clients reading this

Cold marketing is leadership. It requires listening to the market, adapting based on real data, staying flexible, and working with us as true partners.

When clients embrace that process, the system becomes predictable, scalable, and transformative. In this case, they did not.

I've had a great experience with QCL

I've had a great experience with QCL. I should note that it took a while for me to see results, and took some messaging refinement, but I found that to mostly be due to changes/confusion on my end, not theirs. I would absolutely recommend their service for cold outreach, and have found that it has grown my LinkedIn presence and improved my understanding of a cold sales system, which was zero before starting my business. I'd recommend getting started with QCL once you are very clear on your ICP and offer, although they will absolutely help you with this.

Cold outreach is a whole new ballgame for most entrepreneurs, but QCL has this method honed into an effective marketing strategy. The entire team is very supportive and wants you to succeed, and the support calls led by Jeff are invaluable in achieving your goals. My biggest hurdle was getting over myself and showing up as authentic and an expert in my field. They know this and encourage you to be your best self to close deals. If you want to increase your outreach, QCL is the way to go!

They do what they say they do

They do what they say they do. They deliver high quality leads, cover all the outreach and help facilitate your meetings with leads. They also provide comprehensive sales training, support and a platform for capturing and tagging leads. If you take advantage of all the available tools, and you don't let your fear or shame around selling get in your way, you will close deals.

If you are not clear on your offer, or proposal etc. they provide feedback. Your job is to follow the process and get feedback and support when the process is not working for you, which does take time and dedication.

Three Years... Very Satisfied.

This December 2025 marks 3 years of working with QCL (Quality Consistent Leads). Jeff and Lisa Levin are like business partners to me.

They have consistently created 10-12 leads per month.

They currently run two campaigns for me. Campaign 1 is inviting people to attend a free masterclass. Campaign 2 is where they set appointments for me.

Most people ask me, are the leads high quality; Yes. There is still the normal 10-15% drop or no show rate. But that is not QLC's fault. When I do my own outreach on LinkedIn) I get the same drop-off or no show rates. That's just part of sales.

With the set-up fee and their commission, I find all that very reasonable when compared to other companies doing the same thing.

That's why I am still with them for 3 years.

What I had to learn, was how to lead nurture and close the sale. Jeff and Lisa were very patient with me as I went through that learning curve.

I highly recommend QCL, Jeff and Lisa and their team.

Where do I even begin

Where do I even begin? I Was referred to QCL by a colleague of mine. I trust this person wholeheartedly. They had been helping with starting up marketing campaigns, but each place we interviewed with wanted North of $70,000 FROM A SMALL BUSINESS that hadn't been in business for more than 2-3 years. It was frustrating. Fast forward, I started to work with Jeff, Lisa and their team of project managers. BONUS: THEY ARE AFFORDABLE. We started our campaign in July and have already had big wins/success! I don't like a "salesy" approach, and they really worked with me to put a lot of ME into the outreach. There are agencies that sell messaging alone and it is expensive. It seems to be an added feature here. The leads have been strong and the attendance has been very good for our Exec Round Tables. We are definitely seeing the results early in the relationship. I must point out that the most important thing about working with QCL is it is not just an effective thought leader approach to cold outreach, it is also a system that will expose what is missing in your messaging, offering, and conversion process. Consultant companies sell this for a lot of money as well. I will recommend this org often. Hats off to Jeff and leadership for making this happen for so many.

1 year no sales.

I think they have a good idea, but didn't get any result after one year. I only had about 12 people tops attend my round tables. The leader Jeff Levin doesn't listen (to his clients on the weekly call), he just reiterated his system. If it doesn't work, there doesn't seem to be any problem solving. POSITIVE: I learned how to work the linkedIn sales system.
