Dom, ik ben er in getrapt. Gewoon een dropshipper die z'n spullen vanuit China laat opsturen. Gelukkig maar 2 tientjes, maar zo dom.

Al 2 weken geleden een bril besteld. 3 mails gestuurd zonder reactie. En verder nooit iets binnengekregen of gehoord. €85 kwijt..

just answer my emails it’s been nearly 3 months since I ordered my sunglasses, 5-6 emails but no response, 90€. On my precedent order, I didn’t receive the leather case for my sunglasses, a commercial gesture would be nice…

I bought sunglasses never heard an update since 2 months

Ordered the product off an Instagram ad, got the email confirmation but then never heard any updates, never received the product. Emailed and never received a response.

This is a scam. Do not buy.

Verschrikkelijk. Bril binnengekregen maar het was niet mijn ding. Teruggestuurd maar nooit geld terug ontvangen of een berichtje. Waardeloze klantenservice. Waardeloze website. Ik snap niet hoe je zo een simpel business model zo slecht kan laten lopen

They are scammers!!!!! Do not buy from them. I send my glasses back for 200$ and they have not given me a refund for weeks they have not responded to my emails!!!!

My glasses came with a manufacturing defect. The left temple were 5mm lower than the right. This made them crooked on my face. I have tried to contact customer service via email four times the last month but not gotten a single response.

No response at mails. I wanted to return my sunglasses, because I didn’t like them. Unfortunately they didn’t respond on my emails, and I lost 105 euros!

Do not order from here. Ordered sunglasses and they still have not arrived (been almost 2 months). Shipping status remains unchanged and they do not answer emails. Now I need to work with my bank to get my money back.

Do not buy from this company if you are at all unsure the glasses will fit your head. My, just barely 18 yo, son paid $92 for a pair of glasses that ended up looking like they are fit for a small child’s head. The return policy only allowed 14 days and asked you to email them for information to return. 8 days after our initial, and many subsequent, inquiries they finally responded by telling us to mail them back to SWEDEN with a tracking number. The cost to mail them back from the US is over $65! We will not be paying that to return them and run the risk of them denying the refund. If we could dispute the charge as fraud, we would.
