I bought the QOD2 remote control QOD golf buggy since Oct 2024.The purchasing process is smooth when deducting money, however the delivery was missing the remote control. The owner acted upon it promptly. The buggy is compact and solid. However the killing part that seriously affecting your golf experience is the remote control. It has been weak since purchase. It can't control the buggy from 30 metres or above. Especially when going downhill. I sometimes has to run to it so it is within the 30m range to stop it. Very dangerous in wet day. I emailed the owner in Australia about the issue but received absolute no response. Shame on their warrantee claim process. If you looking for a push QOD Q0 or Q1 maybe good, but I would not recommend the one with remote control. Initially I thought is is normal, but since I found from my friend who got a MGI, it's remote control works from at least 150 meters range.

This is a terrific litle buggy (yes, it's VERY little) which performs extermely well and has an amazing battery.
It takes only a very short while to get used to using / driving it, and understanding it's capabilities, especially going sideways along slopes and off the fairway, but i've found I can really 'trust' it without having to always be within arm's length.
I have found the after sales service to be OUTSTANDING! I am lucky enough to work only 5 mins away from the store, so on a couple of occasions I've needed some help and have simply been able to 'pop' down and have the issue resolved there and then.
Overall, so far (4 months) VERY VERY Happy.

I purchased a QOD Golf Remote Control Buggy on 10th December 2022. The process to purchase and receive the product was exceptionally smooth and fast via their distributor. So far, so good.
On delivery, there was no instruction/owners manual. The documents available at the time on their website were out of date. I needed to contact QOD Golf to have sent via email.
Subsequently, there have been several warranty issues related to poor product quality, or assembly problems that have not been resolved satisfactorily. The product itself performs somewhat well, but the claimed commitment by the company about the satisfaction of their customers should be taken with a grain of salt.
Update: 01 Feb 2023. Contacted by this vendor and for various reasons they had not been receiving my emails. They are processing resolutions to outstanding minor warranty issues and it appears to be back on track.
