Robert (technician) was very efficient and knowledgeable. We used to have rat problem in our ceiling, and every night was nightmare for us, loud scratching noises coming every night, then Robert did detailed inspection and found out the nesting and main route cause. He did treatment and block the access points. After the treatment everything seems back to normal and no more rats in our house. He made follow up visits to make sure everything going in right direction. Honest, kindly and always be on tike. Really appreciate not only Robert as well the whole team of quick pest control.

Very good professional company with the staff not only friendly also very skilled. they done 2 visits in my property and my house is now pest proof. brilliant service provided laid down traps to caught mice and sealed the all holes and cavity. after that now i couldnt heard anything and no more droppings in my house. i am very happy with their service and had great experience throughout the treatment.

We had bedbugs problem in our 3 bedroom property, engineer varun and jimmy came to our house, they done thorough inspection and discussed all the available treatments options, we decided to proceed with best treatment which was heat treatment and fumigation. They done it very well and now we don’t have any more bedbugs, we sleep peacefully, really impressed with service they offered . Highly recommended to others.

Don't trust these people - we've had major problems with rats and they sold us their "guarantee" for £2.5k. Very unreliable when it comes to scheduling (we interacted with Hussam/Daniel) and when they actually attend they just shine a light around and tell you there's nothing they can do.

We've eventually hired someone else and are now trying to get our money back which isn't easy given their customer service doesn't respond to emails... Will probably have to sue.

Do yourself a favour and stay away as far as possible from this company.

The engineer varun was excellent and amazing he carried out site visit and he done a detailed survey and found heavy infestation of mice in the kitchen and living room after that he explain the treatment plan and told about the three layer proofing. he put down the traps and did proofing . now everything is sorted out .he explain very well everything, now there is no more mouse is my house and I am very happy with his service. excellent service throughout .

I was looking for a pest control technician to get rid of cat fleas. Varun was my pest control technician and he was friendly, informative, he explained to me clearly what infestation we had in our house and turns out it wasn’t just fleas but also carpet beetle infestation. Pest Control got rid of a serious wasp problem, we have had wasps in the roof for 2 years. They got rid of the wasps and Harry did an excellent job of spraying the nests, removing them and cleaning the area, it was very neat. He also found a hidden wasps nest and made sure those wasps were also treated. Well done! Thank you very much for your hard work!
