The shipping was fast, but the packer gave me an incorrect item.
I emailed the situation to customer service and they quickly sent me the correct part. I asked for a pre-paid return shipping label so that I can return the incorrect item, but haven’t received it yet. Response time is very good, but accuracy needs improvement on packing orders.

When we learned of the mistake we immediately shipped the correct part and provided a Fedex call tag to make it easy for the customer to return the incorrect part.
