Avoid at all costs

As is the same with all the recent reviews, we have not received our sauna or a refund. We ordered on the 30th November and have chased multiple times just to constantly be told we will receive an update shortly. Eventually we were finally told yesterday that apparently they were having trouble with Stripe, their payment processer, who has withheld their funds. Therefore they are refusing to give us a refund or deliver our sauna. We are unfortunately now having to go through our credit card provider to hopefully receive our money back. A complete scam, avoid at all costs.

Molto dispiaciuto, siamo ancora qui

Dopo cinque mesi, mi è stato comunicato che sarebbe stato effettuato un rimborso totale del mio ordine.

Purtroppo, nonostante le numerose gentili mail ricevute, è trascorso ormai un ulteriore mese senza che il rimborso sia stato ricevuto.

Inoltre, da due settimane non ricevo più alcun aggiornamento da parte vostra, nonostante un mio sollecito inviato una settimana fa.

Sono molto deluso

Difficile non pensare...

Ostrzegam przed tą firmą

Podobne doświadczenia jak inni oszukani. Minęło 6 miesięcy od zamówienia, dostawy brak. Odpowiedzi o termin dostawy zawierają standardowe bla bla jak im przykro i przepraszają. Żądania zwrotu pieniędzy są ignorowane. Wyjątkowo nierzetelna firma. Pozostaje niestety skarga do UOKiK i droga sądowa.

However, we would like to point out that posting multiple, repetitive comments regarding the same issue does not help resolve it. Such matters require direct contact and communication within a single, specific thread—for example, via email—where detailed and up-to-date information can be shared.
Regarding the content of your review—we do not agree with the terms suggesting “fraud.” These are serious allegations that constitute defamation. We do not shirk responsibility for the delays that have occurred; however, the refund process is ongoing and subject to specific procedures.
We understand the frustration resulting from the wait time; however, repeatedly posting reviews will not speed up the refund process. The most effective course of action remains direct contact with our team, where the matter is being handled on an ongoing basis.

Day 51 waiting for refund. 😒

So here we are, again no refund issued and another excuse from Quality Spa. I have given up all hope of every seeing our money again.

Let see what Quality Spa say now,

Their confirmation of payment response (excuse #7)
"Dear Sir or Madam,
First of all, I would like to sincerely apologize for the situation that has arisen and for the long wait for your refund.
Unfortunately, I have no direct control over the speed of the transfer, but I assure you that I have taken every possible step on my end to expedite this process and ensure the funds are credited to your account as soon as possible.
I have been informed that the transfer should be processed and appear in your account within the next 10 days.
Additionally, I would like to explain that we have recently undergone changes in our accounting department - our accountant has left the company, which unfortunately caused temporary organizational difficulties and delays in processing certain payments.
Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience. Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions."

Their latest email replay (excuse #8)

"Dear Sam,
Thank you for contacting me.
At this time, I am still waiting for confirmation from the finance department regarding the transfer. As soon as I receive the confirmation, I will forward it to you immediately."

Quality Spa please do let me know what the hold up is as this has been going on too long. I will continue to leave a negative review every day until I receive my refund.

The most effective approach remains direct contact with us, where we can provide you with ongoing updates on the status of the refund.
We acknowledge that there have been delays in this specific situation, for which we apologize. This is not our standard level of service, and we are treating this matter as a priority to bring it to a full resolution.
Please be patient—we will get back to you with an update as soon as we receive confirmation from the finance department.

Ordered a Sauna UKU230 was told 6 weeks…

Ordered a Sauna UKU230 was told 6 weeks for delivery. Its been 6 months and just excuse after excuse. Have done a chargeback for the payment but the company replied to this claiming it had been sent as a delay tactic. It hadn't been sent and the tracking showed it was never collected from Capra, the real manufacturer. Capra state they have massive account debts so they are on stop so my sauna was never made nor dispatched. Got my refund in the end.

Do NOT buy from this company

Do NOT buy from this company. Just look at all the 1 star reviews. Product never received. Refund never issued. You can only receive refunds by using buyer protection via credit cards or PayPal. This company are a disgrace to Poland and will hopefully be shut down by law enforcement before other innocent victims fall for their tricks. They are now flagging all negative feedback as "illegal" or "defamatory". My finance provider is actively investigating them given the volume of complaints.

UPDATE: I can publish extensive email correspondence indicating lies about delivery dates, lies about refund date, everything is always delayed. This firm is operating on the margins of legality. The company provided no refund after a month but are very good at sending trite emails explaining why it will take just a little bit longer. The replies on here all sound very professional but resolve nothing.

Please do not buy anything from Quality Spa.
As with numerous others, they have taken payment for an order and not fulfilled it.
After a 2 month delay, I cancelled my order and was promised a refund within 14 days.

It has been 20+ days and several reasons given for no refund, and also a WhatsApp asking me to make another payment to get the sauna

Now I am told to contact Stripe for a refund, which is not possible. I also have several different messages from different people using delaying tactics.

The website is now down.

Please do not make any payments to this company as the sales are fraudulent, as are many of the positive reviews on here.

We regret to say that we get the impression that the account you have provided has been largely tailored to suit your own narrative and does not fully reflect the actual course of our communication. We do not agree with the allegations made.
In particular, it is not true that we requested “another payment in order to receive the sauna.” We provided information regarding the possibility of processing a refund through the payment gateway and—in the event of continued interest—placing a new order using a different payment method. However, the customer did not respond to this message and did not continue the conversation in a substantive manner.
The claim that “the website is not working” also does not correspond to the facts—our website is available at https://quality-spa.eu/ and is functioning normally.
Regarding refunds—these can be processed through payment providers, which is the standard procedure in such cases. Information on this topic is publicly available and easy to verify, including in reviews from other customers.
We strongly disagree with this review and its tone. At the same time, we do not shirk responsibility for the difficulties that arose—we know where the errors occurred and are currently working to correct them as a company.
We understand the frustration, but one cannot paint a picture of the situation in a selective manner that is inconsistent with the entirety of our communications.

Oszuści, którzy nie odbierają telefonów i nie wywiązują się z terminów. Sauna zamówiona w lipcu dostarczona w grudniu. Oczywiście bez pieca. Zepsuł się sterownik po miesiącu więc kolejne czekanie 2 miesięcy na kogoś kto naprawi. Niestety bez skutku. Mija 3 miesiąc i nic. Cisza. Banda złodziei i partaczy. Zgłaszamy zbiorowy pozew.

Jednocześnie chcielibyśmy zwrócić uwagę na formę tej wypowiedzi. Rozumiemy zdenerwowanie, jednak określenia takie jak „oszuści”, „banda złodziei” czy „partacze” stanowią pomówienia – są to opinie, a nie fakty.
W odniesieniu do zgłoszenia – jesteśmy po ustaleniach i potwierdziliśmy realizację naprawy sterownika w bieżącym tygodniu. Dokładamy starań, aby sprawa została ostatecznie rozwiązana.
Chcielibyśmy również podkreślić, że pozostajemy dostępni dla klientów – odbieramy telefony oraz odpowiadamy na wiadomości. Niestety, przy dużej liczbie zgłoszeń czas reakcji może się wydłużyć, jednak każde zgłoszenie jest obsługiwane.
Z przykrością musimy także zaznaczyć, że zostały zweryfikowane nagrania rozmów i żadna sytuacja nie usprawiedliwia niewłaściwego traktowania pracowników infolinii. DISGRACEFUL COMPANY

I dont normally write reviews but this time I felt the need to warn others. Our family ordered a sauna from Quality Spa in October and it has been, without question, the worst purchasing experience we have ever had.
We were promised an 8-week turnaround. That commitment was never honoured. Instead, we were given a constant stream of excuses about logistics and suppliers while the delivery date was repeatedly pushed back with no accountability.
Communication has been appalling. Calls and emails are routinely ignored unless chased persistently, and even then responses are vague, inconsistent, or simply untrue.
Out of concern, I contacted the manufacturer in Estonia directly. What I was told raised serious red flags about whether orders are being properly paid for and fulfilled. At that point, it became clear we could no longer trust this company to deliver what we paid for.
We are now in the process of recovering our money through our bank.
For context, we have since approached a reputable local sauna company who have already completed a consultation and confirmed delivery and installation within a week — at a competitive price and with clear, professional communication throughout. The contrast could not be more stark.
If you are considering ordering from this company, read the 1-star reviews carefully. Our experience is not unique.
Proceed with extreme caution.
