I had a great experience on my trip to Malaga and Marbella with a group of 8 of us. Neil and the team sorted out pickups from the airport to course transfers. The hotel we stayed in near Marbella was excellent. Would defintley recommend booking up and will certainly be planning our next golf adventure with them next year.
12 of us used this company for a golf break to Bilbao and was a complete shambles from the start , our hotel was cancelled the week before the holiday we were told they weren't accepting golfers anymore which was complete rubbish, we were then given a hotel in Santander which was terrible and 65 miles from Bilbao .on the second day we were meant to be teeing of at 1130 but we didn't get picked up in time and missed our Tee time so was a late Tee with no buggies , we got picked up later by a half cut driver who had filled us full of lies from the second we met him so 4 of us never bothered playing the worst golf course in Santander on the final day.
so overall we booked the holiday in good faith and then got completely spanked and put into a cheap hotel and poor golf course , i asked if there was any sort of compensation but got no reply. we wont be using this company again

As owner of Quality Destinations Group Ltd. I am extremely disappointed when we get this sort of feed-back. (In fact its the first negative feed-back we have ever received in 14 yeaqrs of trading)!!
Its quite interesting that the group leader (who I was was in regular contact with), thanked us for our efforts and thought the trip was fine.
We pride ourselves in doing bespoke holidays, which can mean lots of changes. The group moved lots of things leading up to the holiday. This caused lots of problems for us, but thats what we have to handle.
Yes the hotel wanted our booking, but only offered pop up beds!! We obviously couldn't accept this. The group were offered another hotel which is very popular with golfers, but the group wanted "night life" so chose Santander.
Missing tee-times was not acceptable but a large convention was taking place and traffic was extremely bad.
With regard to "half cut driver", this is a very dangerous thing to say and I know the person mentioned is taking legal advice about deformation of character.
One person from the group demanded compensation. His view was in stark contrast with the group leader, which again I found puzzling.
