David was brilliant, very experienced and helpful. He knew everything there is to know about houses and how to spot all the “mistakes”. Really nice chap, I would highly recommend to anyone.

We had David from QHC do a snagging report for us he was prompt and went through our house picking up issues we hadn’t noticed. Luckily for us we had no major issues and most of our snagging was cosmetic.
David did do a thorough report and sent a PDF the same day which was forwarded to the builder and they are working their way through it as we speak.
I would thoroughly recommend David for complete peace of mind.

We used David’s services about 2 months ago, as first time buyers we didn’t really know what we were looking for so wanted some assistance. David was brilliant from first contact to sending the report through. I found him through a social media recommendation and he responded to my email even when on holiday! He found us a booking in a very busy time and was so friendly and efficient throughout. He arrived when he said he would and was thorough and respectful going round the inside and outside of the house. When he found a few complicated issues he showed me and explained them fully, really helping me understand how they needed to be fixed by the builder. The report was extensive and clear. All in all David and his service was worth every penny and are recommending him to all our friends!

David came out to our new house in the first week in April, just a couple of days after we had completed. He was punctual, efficient and an all round lovely man. He identified a number of issues that we would never have noticed, that meticulous was his work. He also reassured us that we have a solid, well built house with no major/significant issues which was somewhat a relief, when considering our purchase price. The report received that very detailed and we have been able to use this to ensure rectification works are completed promptly.
