The price is a little bit more than the other patch companies, but I have a history with them so I’m sticking with them for now. They do a good job on the patches.

AVOID – GHOSTED!

We placed and paid in full for this order on February 3, 2026, 1 month before needed.

After not receiving a proof, we followed up and received one on February 11. We then requested status updates on February 17 and were told they were “doing their best, let you know ASAP"

In an effort to meet the deadline, we agreed to skip the physical proof on February 20.

By February 25, after run around, we CC’d every available contact at the company. We got "high volume and delays," along with a promise to “do their absolute best to ship soon.”

Phone calls went straight to voicemail.

The issue was escalated to “Ron,” (Feb 25) who committed to providing an updated timeline and shipping confirmation within 24 hours — one week before our event. No follow-up. No update. No communication.

We are now disputing the charge.

Had delays been communicated honestly at any point, we could have sourced another vendor. In an event-driven industry, lack of communication is unacceptable.

Incredibly professional, great communication, and the patches exceeded my expectations. So good. I have no problem recommending these services.

Where do I start, absolutely amazed by the quality and the eye for detail with the design. All of my adjustments that needed to be done to create such an amazing patch. I wanted to show my appreciation to the entire team and I’ll be back for more !!!

I had a great experience when purchasing custom leather patches from Shane. He was easy to speak with and prompt with responses and example imagery to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed. This was perfect because I needed the product ASAP. With that being said, I didn't have to wait long before they were at my door in BC, Canada.

Top quality custom patch. At first not going to lie thought I was getting scammed but that was not the case. Thomas was professional and a good sales man. Definitely getting different and more patches from them agin. Only thing is I wish it was made in USA but still good quality I am pleased.

I wanted to open up a business with customized clothes. It's quite a profitable niche but it requires plenty of marketing actually. Nevertheless, my business was launched successfully and that's why I started to cooperate with this company. Wel... I just order their customized patches which these guys create for me, while I just put them into the shirts, t's and hoodies and pople buy them. I would like to recommend this service to all those who want to customize their clothes and make it like a branded one. At least I has managed to launch my business and it still works. I am so thankful to this company actually.

Worked with Shane Wilhelm on a small batch (50) Metflex patches. Shane worked really hard to get everything going so I would have them in time to get applied to hats before a golf trip. Everything he said would happen, happened. Always followed up with me and gave me status. The patches themselves exceeded my expectations. I definitely will be contacting Shane for any of my future orders with QP.
