Don’t even bother
Don’t even bother, if u win they won’t let u have the funds anyway and tell u PayPal is down or the visa site is down, they will try everything to not pay u then accuse u of having a gambling problem, and saying u have a problem if u can’t wait for the money, I’m not even bothered about it now it’s not a lot thankgod but they need reporting

The worst site I have ever experienced
The worst site I have ever experienced. Avoid at all costs. They do not authorise withdrawals, been over a week and still not been paid. The customer service is dreadful, never reply to emails, games always crash half way, just a disastrous appalling site.

I have never had a problem with this casino in the past with withdrawal but now I have.
7 days. its been processed for 2 days and there saying I should of had it this morning. and now there saying there's a technical problem. I dont know whats going on.

I would give zero if I could.
Can not withdraw my money. After a week trying and sending in every document under the sun including tax returns for gods sake!!! I still cannot withdraw. I think these guys are crooks and shouldn’t hold a licence. I’m having to take to court.

AVOID THIS CASINO. The website is very poorly designed. The games were always closing with an error.
I checked the RTP and they appear to be VERY LOW, especially playngo slots. I claimed the welcome bonus but didn't receive anything. FIND ANOTHER CASINO.

If I could give no stars I would. Live chat is horrendous and withdrawals are even worse. I wouldn't recommend playing with them at all. Mr play is the same company and they own other casinos. Stay well clear of them

My fave game is book of dead. Played on numerous sites and won a bit lost a bit. Played £80 on the game and nothing, tried 20p, 50p, 10p. Nothing would open feature. Quite a few times it was one of a reasonable win.
Played on their sister site and much the same. Never went above my deposit amount, dead spins. I have self excluded from all their sites in case I forget and sign up for one of their new or sister companies.
I am a big boy and know about RNG and you can lose, but only seemed to be one direction with your deposit. Lost interest very quickly.
