Queens erfüllt nicht die gesetzlichen Informationspflichten über die Rücksendekosten im Falle des Widerrufs.
Dessen ungeachtet wird vom Verbraucher die Rücksendung auf seine Kosten verlangt und ihm vorgeworfen, der Informationsmangel beruhe auf seinem Fehler.
Edit (29.11.22): Bester Beleg ist die untenstehende Antwort des Kundenservices. Es wird nicht zur Kenntnis genommen, dass die Informationen VOR Vertragsschluss zur Verfügung gestellt werden müssen und eine Widerrufsbelehrung in den AGB, die nur durch einen Link „AGB“ aufrufbar ist die Anforderungen nicht erfüllt (s. LG Berlin, Urteil vom 30.6.2016 – 52 O 340/15).

Hallo, wie mehrfach in unserem Emailverlauf erwähnt, ist diese Information in unseren AGBs und in der Widerrufsbelehrung zusehen, mit dem Sie einverstanden waren, wenn Sie den Kauf abgeschlossen haben (Sie haben die Zusage angeklickt) und die Information ist auch auf unserer Seite über Retouren erwähnt und auch auf dem Retoureformular, dass Sie im Paket erhalten haben. Sie haben diese Infomation nicht beachtet oder übersehen, waren aber mit den AGBs und Widerrufsbelehrung einverstanden. Eine kostenlose Retoure bieten wir nicht an und diese Information steht mehrfach auf unserer Webseite. Freundliche Grüße, Footshop - Team

Nobody knows where my parcel is
Nobody knows where my parcel is. I contacted customer service and couldn't get any help. I asked for refund in this case but haven't heard back from them for a week now.
Edit: After my review here, customer service contacted me with an incredibly bad attitude. I have never had this approach as a customer in my life before. Thanks queens.de for giving me the lesson that one should NEVER buy something from a company without enough review.
