Unable to return faulty dress!!! I have received a faulty item from this company, which is not what I expect when their dresses retail at approx £300. But here I am, with a faulty dress I just want to return. Use our new returns portal they said. Which would be good if it worked! I have registered my return on the app/portal, but received no email confirmation, and no returns label. Dont send it with your own shipping they say, any addresses you will use will be old and we wont receive it. So how do i return, there’s no chat facility, no phone number and an email i have sent to customer care remains unanswered. I cannot retrieve any label from the app, I dont think one was even generated! This just tells me Queens of Archive don't want to accept returns. Very annoyed right now because had they checked the dress prior to despatch this wouldn't be happening, but then to ignore me when they are at fault. Just not what you expect from a brand everyone raves about. Its sad cus i really love their stuff and would buy more, but because of their shady behaviour I cannot trust them and order again!
