Benross and Quest are excellent, we use a domestic product in a catering environment (toaster) and they out last everything else and are cheaper than repairing a catering version. but the main delivery provider (begins with E) is hopeless, even getting things delivered to a delivery shop the computer won’t release the item……however, Benross/Quest were absolutely brilliant at sorting out the problem, many thanks for having real people answer a telephone and sort things out within 2 minutes :)

Toaster purchased was not quite as expected, could only do 4 slices at a time, not 2 or 4, and only toasted the bottom half of a regular sized slice. Customer support was fast, and gave us a return.

Didn’t get expected discount offered, emailed them and they got back to me quickly and politely. Kettle I bought arrived quickly and was packed well. Works well - so far. Kettle is stylish, easy to use and makes a decent brew. (As expected as it’s a kettle).
Overall, pleased and would buy from these again.

I have paid £49 in November and not received my triple slow cooker.

I ordered the hand whisk, next day received confirmation that it was sent out but did not receive it as the delivery company lost the item, then stopped all communication. I made contact with you and I received excellent customer service. You followed up, kept me in the loop and resolved the issue. I usually do not like communicating via email as I feel emails are not monitored/ actioned as quickly as a phone call but your response was quick and again the item was despatched quickly. Thank you, I am happy with the item, and the service you provided and I look forward to using the whisk.

ordered cordless hoover on 29th Oct was told on 31st Oct that delivery had changed contacted various people regarding delivery Evri was not helpful also i did check with Simon Parker@benrose who did pass it to evri only thing we had fron Evri was to say that it would be out for delivery the next full working day.

We recieved package about 11th Nov

I am not pleased with this service at all.

I am afraid that my item has not been delivered. Evri sent me a delivery confirmation, including a photo and map, showing that it was delivered to a large holiday caravan and lodge site in a different postcode a mile away - not to my address. Despite 3 visits to the holiday site, I have not been able to find anyone who can help locate my parcel. My initial complaint to Evri was dismissed - and I am now trying again - their online assistant has indicated that they will get back to me again in the next 24 hours - but I am not optimistic that my parcel will be found.

Rice cooker didn't work, took days to get hold of anyone at Benross, they did give me a returns link and promised a new one would be delivered in a couple of days, a week later, after chasing for the replacement tracking info I can see DPD haven't got the parcel from them yet.

Tried calling no answer, no response to multiple emails chasing this up.

Awful service, I now just want my money back, although I have my doubts about how long that's going to take without getting trading
standards involved.

Quest website easy to manoeuvre showing clear options.
We already have two Quest pancake makers so know the product, which is excellent (especially for Welsh cakes)!
Competitively priced, prompt despatch and delivery well ahead of schedule.
I’d highly recommend.

Good points, Quest were quick to send my long slot toaster though Evri then took 4 days to deliver.
First impressions are good.
Toaster has the usual problem with having to turn browning down after first toasting or next ones get burnt (about time the boffins sorted that one).
Negative point is that it is not deep enough, you only get 100mm (4") toasted, for me the whole point of buying a long slot toaster was so I could lay my tall home baked bread on it's side but now instead of the top not being toasted it is the side not getting toasted.
