It has been more than a month the issue of account self DIY recovery updated based on new handphone number still left unattended. Still the old mobile number is tied to subscription. The two step verification is secured but a hassle.

Email tied to user ID also cannot be match. It seemed customer chat support and account verification team FAILED to solve the issue.

The verification was successful linked to my active Gmail which linked to an organisation which already unsubscribed long time ago.

The user ID and email matching is a mess up from their system internally.

Therefore, don't blame your subscribers when the credit card payment does not get through as the users cannot login as mobile contact number failed to be updated.

The License Key that was provided was not valid. They do not answer emails and the live chat feature does not work either.

Not able to use the 3rd user, Intuit does not recognize our file and we have now been locked out of our account with Intuit. Company will not respond to either emails or chats. I have had our bank reverse charge as fraudulent. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Complete fraud, gave me a license key that belongs to another company.
I checked with Intuit, Quick Books Inc and they told me my license key belongs to another company.
Will not load payroll account or update to 2025 version. Criminals

Software keep expiring and there is no assistance from company. No phone number and they don't reply to emails.

This is a scam company - Quickbooks no longer offers a desktop version unless it is for Enterprise.

I bought a desktop product for them that is supposedly not a subscription. However I got locked out after a couple of months by Intuit saying I need to renew a subscription. Tried getting help from Intuit who says they don't recognize my the key code as it belongs to someone else.
Tried reaching out to this company by emails and their chat and they don't respond. There is no phone number to contact them thru. I now can't get into my books and get my data. If I could give a negative star I would.

They are either a SCAM, or extremely bad at customer services. Save your money and DON'T purchase from them!!

I purchased from them and had an issue where the same license was registered to another business. I have attempted to reach out to them multiple times and they will not contact me back. I have tried their chat and nothing.

I thought I was purchasing a QuickBooks product. They tried to charge my American Express under the name Handball Fitness Coach and then on my VISA as
Sports Fitness Train. Fortunately, I didn't click the link they sent me to get my "QuickBooks Key".
