Shannon Roberts is great!
Shannon Roberts has been our account manager and touch point on several recurring loans and it is always an incredible pleasure to work with her. She always is timely in her communication and you feel like you have a real loan advocate on your side who will go to bat for you to iron out any little kinks in your application that need addressing. She is professional, courteous and she helps make the entire process really easy and enjoyable.

The customer service is excellent
The customer service is excellent. Shannon has gone above and beyond to help. Funding is quick, the application process is simple and relatively painless. The only downside is the high interest rates, but that is clearly stated in your documents.
