Really sorry to hear this Rona. Your Oscillating Hoe came back to us from the courier broken yesterday with no label on it so it is only now that we know who it belongs to so my apologies for this. We will have a new one sent on Monday and it will be with you Tuesday. Again my sincere apologies for this. The only consulation is that this is the best tool i have in my shed so hopefully you will forgive us once you start using it

Excellent quality raised beds. It would have helped if holes had been pre drilled, it was not an issue for me but might be if you don't have the kit.

Thanks for the feedback Cameron. We will look in to the option of pre-drilling the beds. But as they are treated soft wood they can easily be drilled even with a hand drill but point taken. Thank you very much for your Review

Sorry to hear this Daniel. Not sure if you have been on to our customer service support@quickcrop.com as they will sort this for you very quickly. It may be a simple issue that can easily be solved. Looking at your order it went out the next day so no reason why it wouldn't have been delivered so my apologies for this. We will investigate straight away and get back to you. Quickcrop are my go to website for a lot of gardening products and Andrew's newsletter on growing vegetables is very helpful.
My only issues have been with some deliveries e.g. so well packed that twice I couldn't find small items and thought they were not delivered which meant time spent on emails going back and forth and an item going astray.
However Quickcrop were very good at getting these things sorted for me and because of this I will buy from them again.

Quick delivery as described. Product was slightly damaged in transit ( looked like box had been dropped , but no fault of vendors), but was OK once assembled.
