Hello iam bought account but no one send to me account yet

I bought an account 26 hours ago, they replied that the waiting time to receive the account is from 1 hour up to 24 hours. I wrote both on the site to speak directly with an operator but I have not received a reply.
I have also written twice on the number of whatapps they provide but I have not received a reply, so I wrote an email on the website but it is NOT EXISTING.
I doubt I'll ever get my purchased account.
If they ever decide to answer me and fix this problem, I'll change my review.
Until now, I don't recommend this seller.
Among other things, they say everywhere that they deliver immediately but unfortunately this is absolutely not the case.

20:13 12/10 I got some issues about the account that I bought in your site: all the backup codes you sent me doesn't work.

12:29 13/10 Edit: after hours of waiting no one reply, I'm still there with those non working backup codes and I customer service don't exist. It looks like a scam.

14:10 14/10 Edit4: no reply from the customer services even though they asked me some information about my order. I bought an another account on IGVault and they sent me in 3 minutes, it works cheaper and better account.

Incorrect delivery time. I received the wrong product. I do not recommend it.

Everything went well, the only bad thing is someone is logging into the account I bought , if you guys could fix that I would appreciate it.

Zero star! STOP USING THIS SHOP. They even flag my review. I just provided all the screenshots. All the transactions. All the convo i chased you guys to reply. I did not even talk rude to yall. How hard your faces can be??? PLEASW EVERYONE READING THIS ONE. AVOID THIS SHOP. NOT WORTH THE STRESS. THEY CAN GIVE YOU A LOCKED ACCOUNT AND WHEN YOU FILE FOR REFUND THEY WILL SAY WAIT 72 hours! Because the policy of this company is no refund after 72 hours!!!! I file for dispute in my bank. And they will win aswell. They will just say you locked it yourself. PLEASE LEARN FROM ME. They took BIG AMOUNT OF HARD EARNED MONEY FROM ME! And i had nothing. They cant reply to my review but they are flagging my review to be taken down! BRING YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE FOLKS!

Terrible help. The accounts I did get all have got banned or taken back by them.

Slight hiccup which was out of their control, but was very helpful and was able to resolve the issue On my behalf in a couple of days.

Well very trustworthy service. They deliver the account 1-24hrs later with all the accounts info and passwords.

I received my account quickly. There was a problem with the password but that was resolved quickly. I even received a better account than what I had bought (TH11 instead of TH10).

Very polite & pleasant experience. Fast and quick to respond to any of my requests.
