I’ve tried several cold email platforms over the years, but many of them either feel unnecessarily complicated or become quite expensive once you start scaling. QuickProsp stood out to me because it brings so many essential features together in one place, without making the whole process feel complicated.

The platform is clean, easy to navigate, and very straightforward to use. From connecting email accounts and setting up inbox warm-up to launching campaigns, managing replies, and keeping track of prospects with the built-in CRM, everything is nicely organized. I was able to get things running without spending a lot of time figuring out how everything works.

I also want to highlight the customer support. The founder is very approachable, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping users. I had a couple of technical questions during my experience, and he personally helped me resolve them quickly. That level of support really adds value to the overall experience.

Overall, QuickProsp has been a smooth and reliable solution for managing cold email outreach from one platform.

I signed up this week after getting a cold email (lol).

So far - very good. Easy set up. What I like is that everything is all in one place, you do not need a load of extra subscriptions.

I am just going through the automated email warm up process before I can really start. But the system looks easy to use and scalable.

I recently started using Quickprosp. So far so good, but the reason I'm writing this review is the top notch support.

I've reported a couple of issues over the past weeks. Each time support answered and reproduced it, then told me what was actually going on rather than sending me back to my own settings. One turned out to be a bug in their code and they said so plainly. Two others they confirmed and queued for a deploy, and they were clear about which was live and which wasn't yet.

The deliverability one impressed me more than it probably should have. I sent raw email headers with my own reading of them. They re-ran the checks themselves and came back with where I was right and where my test had a hole in it.

Worth saying, since support quality so important and it's almost impossible to judge support before you buy.
