I paid for an RDP service but the company keeps claiming they haven’t received my payment, even though I already completed it. I provided proof multiple times, yet they keep delaying and ignoring the issue. It honestly feels like they are doing this on purpose to avoid providing the service. Very disappointing experience and poor support. I would not recommend this provider.

I dont recommend at all slowly answer, the system is not automated. You have to wait the founder to deploy your vps manually which is completely shitty..

Very fast setup and support is also very friendly. They reply so quick. Thankyou

Very horrible company.
The admin who sees his job as a small god .
Very insensitive managerial ability.
These idiooots had to terminate a server I have maintained under their service for almost a year without my notice. Making me loose tons of data with no recovery. Seems they work soo hard to make life too horrible for their clients . No customer relationship.
Above all, avoid them at all cost except if you wish to run illegitimate scheme.

every month I had to open support ticket and write them that I paid invoice - its not working automatically and after payment I still see that its unpaid (fix your problem)

The price is very good but it has several drops per month, there were also several losses of information.
I would say that a better administration would be needed but for the price the service is acceptable.

Don't purchase from them. They are some peoples who running few pirated websites and using their website as a shield to protect their data and using free servers for them.

Their computers are cheap and they leaks your private information like Phone numbers, Account details and Payment details also.

Really bad service I had to wait 10 hours just for 1 quick response and when I asked them a question about the port on skype they told me to google it -1 wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Bad company. Worst customer service.
server had black screens and was down like 3 times.
after server was down for a day they don't even credit you for that day. they said on skype they don't care about customers leaving negative reviews about them.

RDP stopped working 1 day in, support started talking and then left before I even got my solution. Skype is online and not responding.

Fast support . i use 2 rdp from Quickrdp it realy good

The company is very honest and have a nice support.

Skype/ticket almost 24/7, they are starting on business but im very sure they can grow.
