Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs! The post order service is abysmal. Order placed then nothing, no communication regarding delivery. Trying to establish contact with non existent customer service. This is by far the worst level of service I have had the misfortune of having to engage with. Wish I had read the reviews previous.

Customer Service don't exist - impossible to contact!!!

Avoid, avoid, avoid!

I used to love Quicksilver for surf and ski wear, been buying thier gear in shops for almost 30 years, shows my age...

In Jan 2026 I purchased a pair of ski googles online, initially they did not get dispatched so I emailed and after two weeks got them..

Unfortunatly they had different colour lenses to the description on the website, so I returned, simple....or so I thought....

On 2-Feb the courier delievered them back to Quicksilver. It's now 20-Feb and no refund, they don't reply to their emails and there's no phone number to call, 24/7 chat or any way of contacting them other than the online form which they ignore!

All I want is my £51 refund but I'm not holding out - what a joke, shame on you Quicksilver, you used to be great and now you seem like a scam setup!

Customer service is none existent

Bought a ski jacket, trousers and a hat for my son, but none of them fit. Sent it back 11/12/2025 by using their return label. Month later, I am still awaiting for my refund. Customer service is none existent.

Bought a backpack for my son which ripped after 2 weeks of using. Terrible quality and when I asked for a refund I didn't get a reply back. Will never buy any of their products again. Terrible service. Would give 0 stars if there was an option.

All emails ignored

Incorrect item sent but zero communication around return. I'm still stuck with it over 1 month later having had no response to numerous emails sent. Terrible way to treat loyal customers

Horrible shopping experience on website

Been wearing their gear for years. Quality stuff. However, the website sales are the worst. They never get back to you, won't let you sign in to use the "money off" so you have to "checkout as guest". That means that returns end up costing you, even though you're a member. On top of that, wrong items sent, staggered and slow deliveries and you literally can't get hold of them. Of you can buy your quiksilver gear from a shop then definitely do.

What happened to a once amazing brand?

Orders don't arrive. Zero communication, zero refund. I loved Quicksilver growing up and they have now turned into an internet scam company. Shocking. I just want my money back. Never, ever will I buy Quicksilver again. SCAM

The same thing happened to me just like recent reviews, wish I head read these before ordering Christmas presents.
Shame, as I have order previously, in the last couple of years and never had an issues.
Ordered beginning of December, tracking delivery which mentioned that order is being sent back to dispatch, I emailed customers services to query this and they said it had been sent to the home address and check with neighbours to see if they have received delivery only to receive an email Christmas Eve that they have received my delivery due to technical error and would issue a full refund which 13/01/25 still waiting to receive.
I have now emailed customers services and had no response, absolutely awful service!

Daar ik niet kan mailen of telefonisch contact kan krijgen, voeg ik deze bij mijn retourzending.
Mijn bestelling gehad. Normale maat 36 besteld. Toch te groot.
Heb een retourticket gekregen.
Wil maat 34 bestellen. Maar nu valt mijn korting weg.
Dat deze te groot is, is jullie probleem.
Dus wou ik maat 34 aan dezelfde prijs.
Ik heb 1001 dingen geprobeerd om via jullie site contact te krijgen om dit te vermelden.
Heel, heel slechte service.
Telkens kan het enkel in het Frans.
Dan via messenger geprobeerd, nog erger.
Kan gewoon geen persoonlijke chat doen.
En het erge is dan nog dat, wanneer jullie de retour ontvangen, nog eens verzendkosten worden af gehouden van het terug te storten bedrag.
Dit gezegd zijnde, IK BESTEL NOOIT NOG. OOK PLAATS IK DIT OP TRUSTPILOT.

Faulty pair of swimming trunks,doesn't reply to emails no refund.It is shame because previous purchases have been fine.

Avoid this website!

Don't be fooled by the brand reputation, this website is an absolute con. My order was delivered to another country! I kept a check on the tracking as I felt the delivery was taking a long time, only to find out they had been delivered to the Netherlands and the name of the person who accepted my package right there on the webpage! The online form is a joke, no response, I spent time looking for a UK number to call, initially the number kept cutting off (ironically after it states 'don't hang up, your call is important'), then when attlater in the day, being kept on hold for over an hour at which point I gave up.
I'm really shocked that Quicksilver, who are a well established brand, are managing their webpage in this way. I'd avoid it all costs and if you want quicksilver, go to a store that sells it!

Verder geen tracking . Telefonisch niet bereikbaar ! . Uren lang aleen maar een bandje.

Company and brand reputation ruined by…

Company and brand reputation ruined by the worst delivery process backed by a hopeless website and literally NO customer services.

'Free delivery' quote on site, order shipped in a day, they don't tell you parts of you order could be scattered in random other countries and you might not see your order for WEEKS!! contact us page on website does not work on desktop and on mobile it does, only to find a useless one way form with no ability to follow up, message, call or anything. I used to think highly of this brand...not any more!!

Awful, awful, awful. I ordered over 3 weeks ago, the 'tracking' says parcel does not exist and yet they tell me I need to wait for it?! Customer service email takes over a week to respond, and then its 'we are busy, you will have to wait'. DO NOT TRUST THEM

Het retourneren naar Quicksilver is waardeloos

Het retourneren naar Quicksilver is echt een drama. Je stuurt voor 400 euro aan spullen terug en vervolgens is het één groot zwart gat. Je krijgt een vage track en trace van DHL die op enig moment stopt. Via de klantenservice krijg je alleen een nutteloos automatisch antwoord. Bestel hier niet tenzij je graag in onzekerheid zit of je uberhaupt geld retour krijgt.

Klantenservice niet bereikbaar

Retour moet naar Frankrijk(!). Mijn pakket is kwijt en de klantenservice is per telefoon niet bereikbaar. Je hangt oneindig lang in de wacht en dan wordt de verbinding verbroken. Op het contactformulier krijg je een automatisch bericht en dan niks meer. Niets bestellen hier!!

Warehouse incompetence

Received order 1 week later than rest of order and when shorts arrived they were 2 sizes smaller than ordered. Size ordered now out of stock. Ridiculous the small size was sent as I now have to return and wait 2 weeks for a refund. Very poor service.
