Toujours rien

Toujours rien ! pas même une réponse ou un mail d'information du service client. La dernière réponse date d'il y a 10 jours, me disant qu'en 2-3 jours ma commande me serait enfin envoyée.. Je déplore beaucoup le manque de communication et l'impossibilité d'entrer en communication directe avec QuietOn.

Much appreciated relief

I ordered QuiteOn earbuds in order to experience silence in my house as I work at home and my work requires concentration. I ordered them on February 29th and they were shipped to me on March 1st. And their customer service was helpful timely when I had to contact them in my reception of the packet from the customs and supplied me with the necessary info on time.

I have been using them for more than two months now. I am delighted to have them. They are easy to put on. You can hear the sealing of the ANC system working, and then there is a silence in which one can work, or sleep, or read comfortably. Many sounds are cancelled and some are softened, smoothend in that they become not bothering. They are certainly better then foam earbuds and more comfortable.

From 1 to 5-Stars. The learnings of a Start-up

I have ordered the device on April 8 and i have not received the goods until today. Thats in fact a 1-Star entry.

I have contacted the company and learned, that they suffer from logistic problems, that are out of their control.

Customer experience is important. Quiet-On did not meet expectations at all. So why a 5Star?

The head of Customer relations and!! the ceo contacted me via mail and explained, how they try to solve logistic problems. I was positively surprised and i have learned, that QuietOn is going the exra mile, to solve the problem.

I have today received the shipping details (after more than one month) and will receive the shipment in the coming days.

Again, this is not a great customer experience and many clients may be concerned. BUT the company is still a start-up, they fight with many hurdles (i was heading a start-up myself) and they really take creative actions to face the issues and go the extra mile.

I hope QuietOn can solve all other issues as well in near future and i wish then success in leaving Start-up level soon.

Terrible customer service

I ordered product on May 2, 2024. Website promised order would be processed in 1-3 days. It’s been 8 days and still no notice on shipment. I’ve sent two emails and got a response that Finland had a holiday on May 8 and they would reply the next day. It’s May 10, and still no confirmation. Very poor customer service. I’m considering contacting my bank tomorrow to dispute charge.

Ordered April 6th and still not…

Ordered April 6th and still not received.

When I reach out to ask about delivery, getting the same automated response that it will be next week due to a backlog. This is beyond annoying and unacceptable. I cannot get a decent accurate response. Will never order from these again. Awful service.

Finally some quality sleep!

Thanks to QuietOn 3.1, I am enjoying some much needed sleep thanks to its soundproofing.

Properly inserting the earbuds in your ears takes some time to learn, but once you get the hang of it, it will stop many sounds from disturbing your sleep, such as trafic noise.
Keep in mind, it doesn't -negate- sound since you will still hear something, but it will smooth it enough to not bother you.

Kuukauden odottelun jälkeen sain QuietOn 3.1 korvatulpat. Onneksi ne voi palauttaa. Tuntuisi huijatuksi tulleensa. Äänen vaimennuksessa ei ole mitään eroa normaaleihin korvatulppiin verrattuna. Tulpissa on reikä keskellä, joka sulkeutuu 20 sekunnin kuluttua. Siinä kaikki toiminnot. Ei minkäänlaista vastamelua (esim. kohinaa), joka voisi peittää alleen esim. kuorsauksen äänen. Yhdellä sanalla kelvoton.

QuietOn 3.1:n ANC-teknologia eliminoi ympäristön äänet luomalla automaattisesti vastakkaisia aaltomuotoja matalien taajuuksien mitätöimiseksi. Nothing shipped after 4 Weeks

**update - 10th May still nothing shipped - ordered 15th April (4 weeks). The few emails they bothered to send just say theres a delay and we will send them this week etc etc. Now I'm trying to get a refund. Avoid this company at all costs. Customer service seems to spend time making excuses on review sites and not actually filling orders. Just don't go near them**

Expensive product at over €200. I ordered 3 weeks ago now and received nothing. Found out today that it hasn't even shipped yet. I had to send three emails before they bothered responding with an automated email telling me it'll be another week before they are shipped due to "backlog".
I emailed during business hours, I'm within the EU. First email was never responded to, second took 2 days to get a response. Starting to seem like a scam. I would not go near this company if I had seen the other reviews here as it seems to be a recurring theme. No offer of discount / refund / expedited shipping, nothing. No concept of customer service.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

I have bought a pair and it didn't work for me, my husband's snorring I was trying not to hear, was still there.
So I have returned the parcel on 15th of March. The customer service was there at the begining to send me links on how to make the earbuds work better and to finally have the tracking number from me, but after that pause. The parcel stood in customs very long, I've chased them to go and collect it, and I am still trying to get hold of them for my refund.
I am very dissapointed. The buds are not cheap, and I didn't expect they would be so unprofessional.
I am sorry now I haven't read all these reviews before.
I still hope I get my money back.

All shipments from outside the EU must go through customs. We have to complete a customs declaration manually for each parcel and normally run these on a weekly basis, therefore it can sometimes take longer for a parcel to reach us. We issued a refund for you last week via your original payment method and our customer service team sent you an email confirming this.

Sadly, I can't recommend these earbuds nor quieton as a company. Firstly, they claim on their website that they ship worldwide, and while this is technically true, in reality if you live outside the EU then you have to pay a hefty customs fee (which isn't mentioned on their website). The earbuds did work ok for about two months and then stopped working. Upon asking for support, I was asked to send the earbuds back for them to inspect, but this will obviously incur yet another customs fee, and then even if they do issue a fix or a replacement, it's yet another fee, and it's really adding up now, and these earbuds weren't cheap to begin with. It's a shame because I find active noise cancelling more effective than passive, and the design of the earbuds is marginally more comfortable than standard earbuds, but in this case I just can't recommend quieton for the reasons stated above.

It is true that we do not include the custom fees (outside of the EU) in the purchase price, this is also made visible throughout the order process and on our Terms & Conditions. Shipments of any replacement/warranty products are not subject to any custom fees. You would not need to pay any custom fee to ship the product to us for inspection, and again when we sent you a replacement.
Please contact us customer support team and we can continue the warranty process with you.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

While these earbuds might work well for some, they did not for me. I have been attempting to return them for more than a week and cannot get the company to respond with the information needed to do so.
There is a guaranteed return and I am well within that time frame. Rather than just give me the needed information, they keep replying with instructions on how to use the earbuds and implying that I’m not using them correctly.
I’m afraid of not getting my refund so I am now disputing with my credit card company.
The ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Die Wirkung ist minimal

Die Wirkung ist m.E. minimal. Auch nach probieren der unterschiedlichen Stöpsel. Ich bemerke keinen wesentlichen Unterschied zu den billigen Schaumstoffteilen. Nur wenn ich bei Schnachgeräuschen meiner Frau die Stöpsel fest in die Ohrmuschel drücke, ist die Wirkung ausreichend. Aber das kann man nicht die ganze Nacht machen.

THE RELIEF

Ive spent many years finding the right way to fall asleep. From sleeping medication to exercising before bed, I just couldn't seem to get to sleep. I started to get angry after 2-3 hours of sitting with my eyes closed and never dosing off which only made it worse. I decided to try ear plugs for the first time and it was the best night of sleep I had in a LONG time. A relief. I never thought it was the sound keeping me up at night. Lifelong customer.

My QuietOn earbuds saved my sleep

My QuietOn earbuds are the ONLY reason I can share a bedroom with my boyfriend. He snores so loud every night, and there was a long period of me waking up and struggling to go back to sleep or giving up and leaving to sleep on the couch. I was recommended a bose option, but after looking around, I decided on QuietOn. I'm so glad I did! They don't cancel every bit of noise, but make it so that I can rest without being overcome by noise. Now I bring them everywhere when I travel, even alone, because they block out hotel and traffic noise - even a weird clicking of a fan or other house noises I'm not used to. It is very easy to order replacement earbuds, although I've only had to do this once in the year I've had them. I honestly don't know what I'd do if they were to stop selling or supporting these. I cannot recommend them enough to literally anyone I meet who has issues sleeping.

gerät kam Defekt an ( einer hat nicht aufgeladen) . Verarbeitung ist ebenfalls Naja... Rücknahme unterirdisch. Allein den Prozess zu starten auf der Webesite ist mit diversen Hürden versehen. Paket selber zahlen . Keine Rücksendeaufkleber oder dergleichen wie man es gewohnt ist. Da waren schonmal gleich 10% des Kaufpreises weg. Auch das Ankommen war mein Problem. Erst auf Nachfrage wurde bestätigt, dass das Paket da ist. Insgesamt 15 Mails hin und her.
Zudem funktioniert es nicht wirklich. Da ist das Noisecancelling vom Iphione Kopfhörer besser ! also Hände weg! unglaublicher Preis ür 0 Effekt .

Saved our marriage— husband snores like a wild rhino

I wear these most nights as my husband snores and I’m a very light sleeper. They are comfortable and stay in all night! I’m thinking of a second pair as we fight for them on vacations. They are worth every penny to get that precious sleep! I like the multi size tips. Only downside’s is case light is too bright and sometimes in the middle of night can be too stimulating. Shipping is slow and expensive, but there is not a better sleep bud option out there. I will be a lifetime customer.

My husband and I were having trouble…

My husband and I were having trouble sleeping together because of his snoring and I am a light sleeper. We tried other earbuds and earplugs, but they never fit right, and would fall out in the night if they did fit. We decided to invest in QuietOn to help us after reading the reviews online. When they arrive, they were easy to set up and there was no period of adjustment. They fit well in our ears, stayed in all night, and cancelled any extraneous noise. When one of mine stopped working, I sent a note to customer service, and immediately received a response. I promptly received a replacement for one of my ears. We cannot say enough good things about our QuietOn.

Powerful defense against noisy roommates

These work extremely well at blocking out the sound of a loud siamese cat on the other side of a door, as well as snoring down the hall, and children playing basketball outside. When I'm half asleep and putting these in, they're pretty comfortable and I can easily fall back asleep. The charge lasts super long and I've had these for a year. I own two because I do not want to ever be without them.

I like them

I like them. They help drowning out noise quite well, sit comfortable. Tips have to be changed regularly and could be cheaper. Finding the right size can be a problem as having a secure fit is important to get the full noise reduction. Stuff that's near is drowned out less good than stuff that's farther away (i.e. train noise vs. a door closing next to you). That could be better. All in all a good, albeit expensive, product.

I love QuietOn

I love QuietOn! I got the earbuds about a year ago because I was bothered by the noises in the night and the normal foam plugs couldn’t mask the noise. QuietOn earbuds mask all the noises, they are easy to use and very comfortable. Thanks to QuietOn my sleep quality has greatly improved!
