Placed an order, paid and received an email with the approximate date of delivery. A week later, one item - of four - was delivered. Then my card was partially refunded. No further deliveries were made. No contact from the company, no explanation as to what happened to the other items I paid for or, what part of the order was refunded.
As mentioned, I haven’t received my full order, yet have to fill out a Declaration of Honour form after I only received one item. But have received no clarification on whether or if I’ll receive my outstanding item, whilst still being charged for 2 items which were dispatched together? Very poor service for a non-delivery beyond my control.
Customer Service is practically non existent. Delivery was missing items, after contacting customer service I received a generic automated response. It says to reply to the mail for an agent but nobody has contacted me after a few days.
I have not received my order as yet, so it would be unfair of me to rate any higher than middle/3 stars at this moment in time
Great products, good value for money, incredibly slow delivery.
Goods arrived as ordered in two lots 6 and 8 days after order. Parcel tracking with Chronopost doesn’t work. I had a query about delivery but was unable to contact Quiksilver. The ‘contact us’ page on its website does not work.

Got jacket. Button fell off on same day. Put in post and sent back to return address given. No refund yet. Can't contact them. When I message Quiksilver they say they have nothing to do with Quiksilver Ireland. Won't help one bit No Irish contact details. Jacket gone. Money gone. Wow.
I ordered the 3 items (T-shirt, sweater, vest top), however, two irrelevant items (two numbers of shorts) arrived on 12/07/2021 instead of the ordered items..I wrote to the customer service several times through the webpage and Facebook, a week past there has been no response.. There is no phone number that you could reach to the customer service.. My two last previous orders were okay but at the last one, I experience this situation.. It is better to shop from a store rather than Quiksilver. ie at least you will know somewhere will assist you.
Nunca mas. Nunca mas. Nunca mas. No existe la atencion al cliente. No contestan nunca por ningun medio. Si quieres hacer una devolucion te obligan a enviarlo a un pais diferente al que has hecho la compra pagando tu envio, para incrementar el coste y no sea viable la devolucion. Un autentico engaño. Jamas vuelvo a comprar aqui.
Don’t order from this website. I ordered a smart watch a month ago which arrived in what looked like a used state & without a charger, so totally not fit for use... Customer service have just played me around for the past month, ignoring a lot of my emails, with absolutely no resolution to the issue. Their website offers free returns if your a board rider member. I am a member but it won’t give me a free returns label. I’ve emailed once again today & if I don’t get any resolution, I will have to take this further... I’d give it zero stars if I could!
