Sam at Quintessentially Travel helped us curate the most beautiful trip for our Greek Island honeymoon. With the many moving parts of multiple destinations, and sometimes limited transfer options from island to island, she created an itinerary that delivered everything and more than we could have hoped for. From luxury to laid back, every box was ticked.
When QT had been responsible for booking the accommodation, the care and service at each establishment was second to none, with welcoming congratulations messages and complimentary bubbles to help us celebrate at every stop.
Even when Lex and I had booked a couple of 'off piste' options ourselves along the way, Sam and her team made sure all the i's were dotted and t's crossed, and our entire trip went seamlessly from one location to the next. A wonderful experience, and we hope to travel with QT again very soon.

Quintessentially Travel is easily the best travel agent I have ever used. We have been using them for the last three years and every trip has been meticulously planned and the recommendations always excellent. Only once did we have a bad experience but that was because the hotel we were supposed to go to had not finished their renovations and the hotel booked us into their sister hotel. It was awful but Quintessentially were so annoyed that the hotel had done this, they got us every penny of what we spent on the holiday refunded to us. Quite incredible. Their care and service is amazing. I highly recommend them.

We booked a trip to Palma and Quintessentially (and Jamie in particular)was so thoughtful. Entered my room to a bottle of champagne, some treats and a wonderful hand written ... it's the little things that make all the difference. Quintessentially made it so smooth.

Jamie H was amazing at helping us figure out our travel plans! We had never been to this destination before and needed a lot of help with figuring out where to stay - he is so proactive, he gave us a bunch of great options and was so responsive and helpful about adjusting to our budget and various requests. He also managed to help us negotiate a great price and some great perks with the hotel during peak season!

Quintessentially provides an unparalleled experience, and I cannot recommend them enough. Gabs Russo truly listens to our requirements and expertly curates bespoke itineraries for us. Their meticulous attention to detail, efficient communication, and tailored recommendations ensure our business trips are executed with the highest level of professionalism.

I've used Jamie for several trips and the service has always been superlative! Couldn't recommend him (and them) highly enough.

Sam made our baby moon in Lake Garda a fairytale! The hotel room was glorious and the little touches really made our trip!
