A one stop shop for vape prescription and access
A one stop shop for prescription and accessing vapes in Australia, which since the legislation changes in 2024 have been very difficult. Such a low cost to receive a prescription. Dr follow up phone call to answer any questions. Highly recommend.

Stop smoking Now. call these people, No more shame.
If you have stopped smoking with the help of vaping, Or want to quit cigarettes Quit Clinics are very helpful, With the Consult with a Great Doctor and a backup system allowing people who want to quit, With no stigma, Quit Clinics are a real-world solution, and they have made my experience positive, and a pleasure to deal with, Great back up, means a seamless move away from cigs. The rest is in your hands, (No cigs for 10 years) I know how it feels. Quit clinics know too.

Website Issues when purchasing product
Set up an account. Paid for a Prescription even though it's not legally required. Bought products. Weeks later needed to buy more products. So I log in. Quit Clinics directs me to Quit Chemist. Which directs me to Quit Clinics which directs me to Quit Chemist - on endless loop. No way to contact anyone except by email - and they'll "get back to me"...... AWFUL SERVICE model.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble.
Quit Chemist remains prescription only, like the vast majority of pharmacies. Lower strength S3 options may be available via your local pharmacy, however as we stock higher strength options as well, and the fact that the pharmacy is online, we legally need to remain prescription only. The clinic/prescription fee has been reduced significantly to $10 recently.
I can see our support team has replied within a few hours over the weekend to your emails. If you're ever struggling to place an order, you can simply email support@quitclinics.com the order details, and they can create the order for you and then send through an invoice.
It may be worth checking your spam folder - if you have a strict spam filter, the responses may have gone there.

I have been unable to contact you to renew my script. I have tried every avenue available over the past several weeks. It is very frustrating as I like using your service. Up until now you would get 5 stars every time. Look forward to a resolution

No customer service won’t order ever…
No customer service won’t order ever again. They are uncontactable. I needed help with the order I placed. Sent several emails and tried on the useless chat that is operated by computers and not a person. Will be going back to the previous company I was using at least they are helpful and you can talk to a real person.

Good service vs slow process
The service is good. Prescription was issue the next day. Following by a phone call from the Dr. Which was great. What let down is there is a mandatory charge for postage Express. It's default and no option to choose. However the postage is slow. I place an order on Saturday and now Tuesday the item hasn't even been dispatched yet.

Hi Fawzi! Thanks for the feedback. All orders are shipped Express Post - there's only a charge for this for smaller orders.
We are open Saturday, but the majority of orders received over the weekend are dispensed and shipped on Monday, which we can see yours has.
This looks on track to be delivered tomorrow (Wednesday). Please get in touch by emailing support@quitclinics.com if you haven't received your tracking number. We'd recommend ordering on a business day before lunchtime, that way the order is on a plane that evening. The majority of orders are received within 1-3 business days.
