I purchased the 1$ plan and they somehow hid the 39$ automatic renewal. Havent even used the app because its straight bs. They dont even want to refund me after i emailed them so rude in emails. DONT BUY THIS

Simple and easy exercises that don't take much effort to do. After a few months there was less puffiness and better awareness of facial muscles.

My son never subscribed and they have conned £25.99 from his go Henry account and refused a refund total scammers I would say! They prior took £35.99 and been impossible to speak to someone about this just responded with rude evasive emails ! Watch out !

Scam took 25.99 then 35 from my teenage sons account!!!! £60 they stole!! He didn't know they would charge him!!! Complete scam!!! Do not use!!!!

Daily routines help me stay consistent and the exercises are easy to follow. Noticed less puffiness over time. My only issue is that the subscription details could be a bit clearer

I cancelled my subscription because I don’t use it and they draw 65$ and now keep drawing 30$ - I really don’t recommend this company

Wasn't expecting much, but the results section was surprisingly detailed.

Started using the app around three months ago. The sessions are short enough to fit into busy mornings and staying consistent has been easy. The face looks a bit less puffy in the mornings and overall it feels like a good habit to keep.

Wasn't really convinced face yoga would do much at first. The guided lessons made it easy to keep going, and after a few months there were small but noticeable changes, especially around the jawline.

If I could give it a 0 rating I would. Scam!! Even after you buy they give you a 2 week trial to a higher priced subscription. They keep both subscriptions on separate account tabs to confuse you. Once they invoiced me 2 weeks later I emailed them, response was quick but you could tell I was not the first to be scammed as it was set as a general response. No refund and poor customer service. DO NOT GET. You get better free advice from Google and social media sites. Basic facial yoga

Mimika has a good range of exercises and clear instructions. I also had a good experience with customer support when I had questions about my account.

Great app for anyone interested in face yoga. The daily recommendations help build a habit and the exercises are very easy to follow at home. Been using it almost every day.

This app is a SCAM! Watch out!

If you buy the discounted yearly plan, there is a sub clause in the terms and conditions saying they will charge you for their 'academy' as a monthly subscription. If you ask to cancel and get a refund they will refuse you the refund. Also the Apple Store does not let you refund this purchase. Be careful!

I already cancelled my account and subscription, but they still charge me on my credit card.

I’ve tried to cancel this subscription two mi the in a row and they’ve charged me each time. They send you a link through email to cancel. When you hit the cancel link it takes you to another page with a moving icon that never goes anywhere. I’ve done this 6 times now. I can’t get a customer service rep to talk to me, just automated emails. I’m going to have to block them on my credit card from further charges. Very disappointing.
