Quote Monkey had been recommended and I have always received a prompt and courteous reply to my e-mails.
However, for a product that is only available online, the algorithmic software should be refined. When I initially attempted to pay, the insurance premium field would accept neither currency symbols nor hyphens; my £34-55 premium was showing as £3455 by the time we reached payment.
If this issue were to be resolved, the service would warrant 5 stars.

Very good cover and price
Very good cover and price. Had a few problems trying to pay but that was paying via Paypal and problem lay with Paypal but the customer services at Quote Monkey were very helpful and efficient and came straight back to me to help.

Needed to amend policy,simple change of…
Needed to amend policy,simple change of address this was not done despite requesting.
Now I have taken out another policy to remain covered.Resulting in two insurances when one would of worked fine.
