Excellent service just installed EBC…
Excellent service just installed EBC blues on my M2 G87 and the difference is amazing no squeaks and brake dust is minimal. Great price as well I’m definitely going to be a returning customer.

Disappointing …
I live in Reunion Island and I had a disappointing experience with R44 Performance despite initially having high expectations, based on a previous order that went smoothly.
This time, after placing and paying for my order, I was contacted and asked to pay a significantly higher shipping fee — almost 40% of the product’s value — due to packaging and estimation issues. Unfortunately, this was not communicated at checkout, which left me feeling misled.
Although the team remained polite and responsive, the proposed solution (organizing my own shipping) wasn’t realistic, and the revised cost made the overall value of the order no longer competitive. I’ve since found the same product from another supplier at a lower total cost, with transparent shipping fees from the start.
In the end, I had to request a full refund. While I understand that small businesses face challenges, clearer communication upfront would have avoided this situation.

Your first order with us was for a part which is a quick and simple product to ship internationally.
Your second order was for a much larger item and we emailed you 3 days after your order was placed to inform you that the shipping had suddenly increased.
Informing you that the solution would be to organise your own shipping was a last resort as you refused to opt for the first option we provided you.
At R44 Performance we try to provide as much information as possible as we understand that parts purchased from us are important to customers. We are working on having our shipping profiles updated to reflect the new shipping costs.

Thank you for taking the time to outline your experience with us. It's a real shame here that you did not get in touch with us to resolve the issue you were having with your order.
Just to be clear, we offer drop shipping services only in a few cases, this can be where shipping from a supplier is more cost effective and will take less time, the other is where we try to find better solutions to international shipping as we ship worldwide from the UK. Nevertheless, shipping direct from a supplier is only to provide convenience for a customer to receive their parts quicker.
If you are still unhappy with your experience, please reach out to us with your order details and we can see what we can do to help.
Building my Perfect G87
II took possession of my 2024 M2 G87 on November 23rd, 2024, and commenced collaboration with R44 Performance on November 24th, 2024. During this period, I developed a professional relationship with Blair.
Blair has been exceptionally helpful in addressing my numerous inquiries and alleviating my concerns regarding shipping from the UK to Canada. The experience has been highly satisfactory. Our initial projects included exterior carbon enhancements and an engine dress-up kit, both of which fit precisely as demonstrated on YouTube. I am eagerly anticipating the installation of spacers and springs to achieve a more aggressive stance, and I will be seeking Blair's recommendations for these modifications.
Overall, R44 Performance has provided outstanding service. Despite being located nearly 6000 kilometers away, they are the performance shop with which I feel most comfortable.

I have been looking around for down-pipes and mid-pipes for about 4-5 months and after looking around slightly confused on what to get for my M4-Comp, Blair offered me an excellent service, with a brilliant breakdown and understanding of the products I needed. Honestly the best customer service I’ve ever received.
I can’t believe how much time they have taken with me to insure that I got exactly what I wanted. Blair went over my order and emailed me to make sure that I knew exactly what was and what wasn’t included and also noticed that I had something double ordered and gave me a refund on it! Since then we’ve exchanged over a dozen emails back and forth NOT trying to sell me more but to make knowledgeable suggestions and make sure I’m happy with everything. Most companies would have just shipped it.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review and we apologise your experience wasn't as positive as we hoped.
The parts ordered in November were on a lead time to arrive to us and this information is displayed on each products page for all customers to acknowledge before placing their order. the arrival of this part was expected after Christmas.
As we closed from the 20th December until the 7th January we were unable to dispatch any order within this time period.
I can see your order was dispatched the day after we re-opened from the New Year and your order has been delivered. For future orders please kindly take note of the ship date listed on the product page.
Happily buy again.
Problems happen and it’s how they are resolved that counts.
Rhys came to rescue and sorted everything out 10/10

I believe since this review, a replacement was supplied which you rejected due to quality and you received a refund on your order.
We must clear all replacements with the original supplier of the part as this is where the issue has originated from. They unfortunately did not provide communication to us as quickly as we hoped, but this is the only way we are able to deal with warranty claims.
We hope that your experience with us is better in the future and we apologise for the inconvenience that our returns process caused you.
