Order placed 9.4.23. Still not received 17.4.2023. After contacting the company it was claimed I didn’t select delivery method despite taking money for the product. They have now issued a refund to be fair

You placed an order for a single bottle using our 'ship later' option, which allows customers to build a box of beer and ship free of charge once the free delivery threshold is met (£50). Unfortunately we'd be operating at a loss if we were to ship this small order to you without you paying for delivery. I'm pleased that you have received the refund we issued as soon as you contacted us and asked that we cancel the order.
