Great pies, lovely filling and well cooked. Pastry exceptional. Customer services were great but needed to be - first delivery list as courier tried delivery to wrong house before returning to depot,... Ver mais
No pies arrived, placed ordered in November, numerous emails and fb messages no answer, phone number no longer in operation had to contact my bank to obtain a refund which I finally received yeste... Ver mais

Edit - Today we did receive a refund for the missing pies, If only someone had bothered to reply to my emails or messages.,.............. The pies are absolutely beautiful full of meat and very tasty... Ver mais

Went for overnight stay in Morecambe so had to get some Radfords pies… walked from prom (2 1/2 mile - got the bus back 🥴) well worth the trek gorgeous pies packed with good quality meat

Emailed last night re opening times pleasantly surprised to receive a prompt response from Noel!
Travelled from Oldham to the shop today bought six pies. Ate 2 on the prom delicious!
Think it was Amy in the shop who was so lovely very friendly!
Will definitely make a return trip and pre order a couple of family pies!
Love watching their show what a wonderful family they are!
Definitely recommend the steak pies, jam packed with big chunks of steak!

Pies filled to the brim with filling and the best by far from any available on the high street.
Delivery was better this time handed to me and on time .
Much better packaged in smaller polystyrene box and cardboard box with bubble wrap too .... still cold 🥶

My delivery arrived well packaged and on time. The pies were absolutely amazing I can honestly say the Beef and Stilton was the best I’ve ever tasted. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase
Ordered 5 pies and was told 2 week wait, which i didnt mind as they were well worth waiting for. Full of meat, absolutely delicious 😋, pastry not too thick or thin and will be definitely ordering again. Can't wait. Thumbs up from us, 👍
Went to Morecambe for the day from Leeds and wanted to try these pies. I bought 5 , two meat and potato , 2 ham and chicken and a chicken and mushroom . They were amazing , ao much meat in all the pies and so tasty , the crust was thin ao not too heavy . Froze a few of them and then reheated .
My son had a meat and potato pie for his dinner tonight and he said it was the best pie he had ever had. Service was a young girl and there was also a young man in the back , both polite and friendly. When we walked in the pies were coming out of the oven ao the smell in the shop was amazing . Will definitely be back soon and bulk buy to freeze .
Waited nearly 4 weeks for my order . It finally came .we tried the meat and potato 1 was ok then read ingredients and they have PALM OIL IN THEM . So not be buying them again 🤮
Ordered 4 weeks ago, sent them loads of emails and messages no reply.£44 down the drain because doesn’t look like I’m getting them. Keep away from them because bad service. I wish I read some of the reviews before because I wouldn’t off ordered
reading all these reviews it's absolutely disgusting i ordered my pies on the 11/01/26 reading that it could take up to 2weeks in busy times wasn't a problem but to get no response from emails 12 days on when i tried to find out if they have any time they will arrive if i ever get them it will be the last time
Avoid for delivery - ordered pies, they took money. No pies!, emailed several times without reply, messaged without reply. Finally received an email giving a delivery date, still no pies. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid.
Ordered pies on the 30/12/25 money taken on the 31st but still no pies no answer to email very poor service appreciated it was new year but to take money from people that try to support them and can’t afford to lose it is not good advert for people that likes to share there great lifestyle on line & tv which yes they work hard for. Happy to say the pies arrived 21/01/26
I placed my second order on 25th Feb 2025, knowing it can sometimes take a few weeks to arrive which is absolutely fine.
Unfortunately 3 weeks later, I gave birth prematurely and suffered a stroke postnatally.
The delivery was never received.
It has taken until December for me to reach out to the Radfords to request delivery or a refund.
I am still waiting for a response.
The sad thing is that my order was for 4 large family pies totalling £74.90 - not a small amount I can afford to just lose.
I would appreciate a response or I’ll have to contact my bank to help me resolve the issue.

I had tried the pies and puddings before which are delicious hench why I re ordered.
I can only presume they are trying their luck to scam people, if my bank hadn't helped I'd have lost a lot of money.

Emails and phone calls go unanswered.
Keep your money rather than giving it to these pirates.

Part of my order was incorrect, I’ve sent several emails but no response. Previously sent an enquiry email and no response to that one either. The customer service is unreachable. No notification as to when they will be dispatched. They have a big problem with communicating with their customers

The pies are absolutely beautiful full of meat and very tasty and worth the money, however my latest now last order came with missing pies even though we'd been charged, I've sent several emails, tried the telephone number but as previous reviews say they don't answer. The customer care service is non existent!!!

I ordered my pies on the 6th of November 2025 & they still havent arrived - despite chasing via email i have had no response . Given the amount of money these pies cost the least you could do Noel & Sue is respond to customers emails.
I have ordered many times before & the actual pies are amazing however if they dont sort out email response times they are going to lose a lot of business
Me and my friend ordered pies on the 9th October! We have emailed 6 times, contacted on Facebook messenger AND commented on their post on Facebook - the first time I commented on their post they responded but haven't heard anything since. I know they say it is a 2 week minimum dispatch but we are now on week 5 and have had no communications. We don't mind a delay, but no response to our communication is rude and unprofessional.
Absolutely shocking customer service and I’m still wondering where my pies are? I ordered them on the 10th of August, now where are they? I was okay with it being a minimum two weeks but this is disgusting to leave customers like this with no updates and 0 communication lost for words at this point
