Awesome PC's at awesome prices. I ordered a 'BYO GPU' PC from these guys, and I received it within the advertised ETA. Prices were hella competitive (if I was to buy the parts & build myself, I was looking at an extra $700), and build quality is top notch. I would have no issues recommending these guys to friends & family!

I ordered a r5 7500f 9060xt off of radium & I must say I am not pleased with my experience. Straight from the first week of playing I started getting really bad stutters & my PC kept booting to bios or getting a blue screen while sitting on idle or trying to start my PC up. I have done so much trouble shooting & it will be okay for a week or two then the stutters return or some other problem. I tell you that it took well over 30 normal days & 20+ business days to arrive. & that's with me hassling them constantly about my PC. The build tracking disappeared early in my ordered stage & I was told after many attempts to reach them that they were switching to a new tracking tool. Told me the reason for my PC taking a long time was because they're waiting on a part to come in from the distributor... I was under the impression when I bought the PC that I wouldn't have to wait for a part to come in from someone else. I didn't know we're dropshipping lol. They now have a ready to send or ready to pack section whatever.. but the fact it took over 30 days & horrible communication, Horrible tracking, They even said one of the reasons they took so long was due to the fact they were training new staff. On their website on the PC picture it has free $20 steam gift card giving everyone the impression that upon receiving your PC you would also be receiving a free steam gift card but no after contacting them MULTIPLE times about it I finally got a reply saying the steam gift card does not come with it & it is via the PC components manufacturers promo section if they're running it. Completely different & in that case seems pretty scummy... The biggest troll is them telling me it's not their fault if the promo is ran out of time after over a month & a half of waiting just about that I would miss out on the promo... Pathetic company. I know they're a small business and that's fine but the fact it took so long past the date they advertised on their website (If it was near the Christmas period & they might've been very busy) is absurd & the fact that I received my PC and I'm having so many problems... They do offer to fix your PC for free but I will never do that due to the fact I will probably have to wait even longer to get it there & back. Horrible company, horrible PC, horrible communication. I've owned & built my own PC's for 10 years & I have never seen a PC been built slower in the building period... The lack of professionalism is astounding. Absolutely horrible do not buy from them if you don't want to wait so long & experience problems.

Radium PCs have great service and are very friendly and I just love on how they put lots of time and effort to make their customers happy

Terrible Communication | Wrong Components

I personally am not the most tech savvy, so why wouldn't I trust the "leading provider of high-performance gaming and workstation PCs in Australia", or so says their website. Amazing promises of expertise and tailored customer services.

Their "dedicated team of PC enthusiasts" did do a good job at putting together my PC. Only if it HAD WHAT I HAD SPECIFIED!!! Please note that these guys may substitute or "upgrade" (???) the components that you chose. Without your knowledge AT ALL!!!!

I would have never known if I didn't decide to take a look and do some research.

Their not all bad, the PC which I had received worked great out of the box. I was happy until I found out the GPU, RAM and SSD which I had specified were substituted, without my knowledge.

The director, or so the email says, is currently remedying this issue, with horrible response times though. As of now I have dropped the parcel off at the posties. Fingers crossed they remember to authorise my refund.
