Ive followed raffleade for quite a while now, ive not had a big win yet, but have won several freebies from their lives. The girls are really friendly and helpful when needed, love the fact its a womens and a family business.

Been playing raffleade since the very beginning! Had a nice win of £200 when I first played, and 2 days ago had an instant win of £1000. Was transferred into my account within 2 hours and Tyne and her mum even came to my house the next day to congratulate me. Very genuine down to earth people. Would highly recommend. Raffles are cheap and prizes are always big. Thank you both 🥰

First time attemtpting to play with Raffleade and it was terrible. I sent in a postal entry first class. This wasn't added to my account. I tried contacting them via email, no response. I commented on one of their many Facebook posts, no repsonse. I contacted them via Facebook messgener, no response even though they've seen the message. They will be reported to the Gambling Commission and hopefully shut down.

Reply: Firstly, I am not from a competitor site. Secondly, I have an account registered with Raffleade since the 28th July. If you can't find that, then that's a problem in itself. Thirdly, the entry was sent First Class on the 28th July and I have proof of postage to confirm this. If Royal Mail failed to deliver then I could have raised it with them but the fact still remains that you didn't respond to any of my messages.

How about focusing on genuine customer service instead of false assumptions and emojis.
